We came in here for a late lunch on our 8 hours drive back to Chicago from Toronto. The restaurant was completely empty, we were the only two customers inside. Our order was taken immediately and was ready by the time we were done filling our soda cups. The bathrooms were clean too!
The sandwiches were perfect, I don't think I've ever been to a Jimmy John's that messed up a sandwich in the last 15-20 years.

I liked it. My food was good but the staff in the back made me mad. The guy helping me I think was getting frustrated with them. The guy from the back comes to the drive through window and busted out laughing. Ok I'm not unattractive but I'm not 21 either. Really pissed me off.

The tuna salad serving on their tuna sandwich is very light, almost seem nonexistent. There is plenty of bread and vegetables, and cheese but very little tuna salad. I am not sure if it is the serving size or the person making it gives very little. This has occurred several times, while being the larger tuna salad sandwich.
Ordered a #1 and a #5. Drive thru. Quick service. Food was good as usual.

I was given an Uber Driver for my delivery person (I didn't order thru Uber, but they said they partner with them sometimes when they're low on drivers or it's rly busy) and the driver cancelled my order at the last second for no real reason (all I can think is they didn't want to come inside the mall to my store like I asked)So I called the store and everybody was so sweet and apologetic, and the GM on duty (i wish I had caught her name so I could mention it here) talked to me personally and brought my food for me herself and gave me a cookie to apologize for everything!! She was so sweet for doing all this for me, she really went above and beyond when the Uber driver let me down ♡Uber sucks but this Jimmy John's and their people are amazing, will absolutely order again from this team~

Ordered online. I am currently at work so I cannot leave so had it delivered and it was delivered quick! However I ordered a cherry coke with it too. I rarely complain or leave reviews but I can’t seem to wrap my mind around why they would send me this soda looking like this knowing good and well the syrup is clearly out. Then called and no resolution other then “next time you order we will give you a free one” so guess that’s my last order from here. I can’t excuse how anyone was willing to send that drink off to me?
