Every time I have called in the past 2 weeks to order lunch I’ve been told they have no delivery driver. Isn’t half of their service model being a “freaky fast” delivery service? I’m going to guess they aren’t paying enough to retain good employees or they don’t have a good work environment, either way something needs to change because you’re losing service because of it.

Kid-friendliness: I love this JJ it’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve seen . I always stopped there on my way. Downstate and upstate. There’s sandwiches are the best and also the pickles ?

Got charged for nothing. says delivery, no delivery. says open till 9pm on sunday, they close at 7pm. but the web site says 9pm and will take your order and your money. refund??????????

Ordered through DoorDash and I guess they don’t use DoorDash they deliver the order themselves. I have food delivered all the time and I specified apartment 2. I had to keep calling them and they finally said check my back porch? When I said I don’t have a back porch I live in an apartment he said somebody probably took it?? Insane. I had to keep asking them can I come pick up a new sandwich. Didn’t offer to redeliver it or even remake it I had to keep asking. Then when I get there they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about even though I talked to them on the phone more than once. My sandwich was wrong too so I had to go back. Oh well, I won’t be back

Unfortunately I ordered here through the app for pickup. A simple single sandwich combo. After 40 minutes of waiting for the order to be ready, I ended up calling to cancel and fortunately I was able to get my money back.I wouldn't mind a delay if the app could send a notification, saying the store needs to delay the order, but waiting for no reason, for a company that markets itself as "freaky fast" isn't ideal. I picked this location because it's closer to work, but from now on it'll come from the Grand Blanc location and I'd advise everyone else to do the same.
