Placed an order on the app for eight piece nuggets no sauce and a regular famous bowl no drink. My wife didn’t know exactly what I had ordered so she took what they gave her as my order. What I received is a Mountain Dew eight piece nuggets with sauce and A chicken pot pie instead of my classic bowl. This is the second time I’ve used the app to order From this restaurant and they’ve got the order wrong both times. I called their telephone number and no answer. Needless to say I will not be returning to this particular Kentucky Fried chicken restaurant.

We haven't been in this establishment in 7yrs. Back then it was filthy inside & very rude staff. It is worse now. Girl at the register yells at the top of her lungs "I have an order for Jimmy". Then she yells again "I needs paper here, I can't print nothing". Very unprofessional! And nobody was wearing gloves. We get home & open the food & the chicken looked almost burnt & it had a really bad aftertaste like the oil hasn't been changed in a week. Mashed potatoes were runny & I ordered poultry gravy & I got beef. Never again will we step anywhere near this KFC.

Ordered my meal through DoorDash and they forgot one the meals in the order. I had to go and pick up my order, and they got the order wrong. At this point, I just wanted a refund. They said their policy was not to issue a refund. Just bad service.

You have to use the app. There's a $30 meal that is $60 on the regular menu. 8pcs. Chicken, 8 Chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy and 4 biscuits. As always, it's KFC at its usual flavor, delicious.

I was unable to order my food. Not this restaurant's fault, though. The stupid KFC app wouldn't accept my credit card info. Sat in parking lot for 20 minutes trying to get it to work. KFC, please fix your app!
