Once again I was reminded why I stopped eating fast food. I was eating my fries and pulled this bad box out of the box. I instantly lost my appetite, a meal and money both wasted.

While waiting in the drive thru, KFC screws up the car ahead of mine's order.Mind you it's lunch time!So they make me wait until they recook the car ahead of mine's whole order!I drove off leaving them hanging with my order and went back to work, where I didn't get lunch because KFC DORT HWY, SUCKS.Do to the fact, they didn't leave Me enough time to eat my lunch.I've never waited that long in any drive-thru ever. I was a regular customer, never again.

Order was incorrect, chicken was undercooked, employees were rude. The only half decent part of the meal was the mac and cheese. Took 15 minutes to pick up my order after it was already completed and marked as ready for pickup.

Double charged me went back the next day a woman named Felicia told me she could not issue a refund and told me that my bank had to do it then as I was leaving she told me that if my bank didn't refund me then she would to date I have not received a refund poorest customer service ever actually there was no customer
