Poor customer service & nasty food!n Cook instead! I was told I could not get a refund on items I did not want. The order was mixed up. They do not need a kisos in the lobby. The white guy with the black hair was rude! I will not be back. The horrible food and bad service is not worth the headache.

This KFC in Flint Michigan on Clio Road needs to be shut down they always selling untasteful food cooked in old grease. They be arguing with each other in there. And they are extremely slow. I ordered chicken from there today and ordered it on the inside key screen. I ordered two legs two wings but they want to give you what they want to give you cause they don't pay attention to the order they gave me two legs and two thighs which were cooked in old grease and you know when food is cooked in old grease because is sit at the bottom of the box of the chicken 🍗 I tell you it spoiled my whole appetite and I didn't even eat the chicken and I called back up there and let them know. The problem.

Husband and daughter went to get food for us to eat they paid for the food then was told to pull around as they couldn't give him a time on when the food would be out they waited 40 mins for a food that wasn't even worth it never again will we be eating at this place and what made it worse is that u can see all staff just walking around inside while 4 cars was waiting for there food

Fully staffed, chicken is made yet we sit here waiting 20 min for ONE LARGE COLESLAW!!
