This location seems to not have its main item, CHICKEN quite often. The wait times are exceptionally long and they usually don't have exactly what is ordered. The service at this location has really gone down. Furthermore customer service at this location could really use some improvement.

If you use the mobile app make sure they have what you're ordering they can't cancel it in store and you'll spend about a half hour repeating your information to customer service.

Not sure what the point of them even being open, if their doors are always locked. Walked up to the doors being locked, and 2 women standing behind the counter motioning to "shoo away"Good thing that they aren't the only chicken place in the area.Man, this place must lose a lot of money.Had I read the reviews of this place, I wouldn't have even bothered wasting my time coming here. Not sure how the company allows this place to be operated like this. Seems like corporate would step in and clean house. They need to! Bad business.

Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence there had another person in front of me walk out after saying he was there for almost 15 minutes.Counted 6 people in back and one claims they were “training” another felt the need not to wear gloves when putting orders together

The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and asked huh when we were in the middle of ordering, we pulled up to the window and the girl had a ear bud in and plus the headset.

Told the MANAGER I wanted to pay with my card but get change for a bill seeing they couldn't do 2 separate orders. She couldn't grasp that it did not change the amount in her drawer. Clearly shouldn't be handling money. Got home and the chicken was burnt!

You can't even eat inside because the doors are always locked. They rarely have what you order. They kind of have a "you get what you get and don't throw a fit" attitude. They probably should have stayed closed.

Under new management, drive thru service seems faster than before. Order was correct. Same food quality and flavor.

They had their 2 children just unattended in the lobby about 4 years old very un perfusion not there again for sure no one was at the drive thru I had to go in.

I was told it would be about 10 min for chicken tenders. After 15 min, I asked why it was taking so long. They forgot to start cooking my food. I've been here for 40 min, still no food.

Drive through is slow. Can not handle more the two cars at a time. Forget to give you items and the lobby is closed so you can’t go in and get what was missed. Drive through has too many cars in it to wait and get missing food. Very poor service. Attendant at window was spaced out and forgetting what he was doing. Very rude when they shove your food out the window.
