WORST PLACE EVER..THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT...NEVERRRRRR ..EVERY SINGLE TIME THE SCREE IT UP..ABSOLUTE WORST KFC IN THE HISTORY OF KFC
Every time I go there's something wrong with my food. It's like they don't listen, my order is simple, I don't like pickles on the chicken sandwich. And yet every time I get my sandwich there's pickles. Time passes and I forget about it, crave some chicken, go get a sandwich with no pickle and somehow my fries are a size too small and there's pickles.

I would not even give one star, but in order to leave a review, I had to. Here to pick up a doordash order and was going to place an order, but the girl at the front counter was rude. A young man came from the back and asked if I had been helped and the rude young lady told him she had already helped me. (Still haven't ordered). I guess I will take my money elsewhere.
Horrible service. Been waiting almost 45 min. 10 people that ordered after me already got their food. Wouldn't give me a receipt. Rude employees. Gave me issues when I asked for the receipt and when I asked for my ranch. If you're smart do not come to this location. And if you're going to come here and use the drive-thru use cash because I can't take credit card in the drive-thru. Make sure you're not starving or in a hurry cuz you'll be here an hour dealing with rude employees that don't want to do their job.

Stood in line for 5 minutes and didn’t even have anyone at the register they asked the person in front of me. If they needed to order they say they were there for a interview other person needed to use the bathroom. So here it is just me that wanted to order food and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Never come here

Got the 8 piece meal with one side and the chicken legs were small The wings were small The thigh was small and a had been in the heat too long. The outside of the pieces of chicken were dark and looked burnt the taste was not the same I'd had years ago
Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered! Nothing but attitude and lack of wanting to even to their job. Not to mention I got 2 5 pc big box tender meals and the tenders were the size of nuggets and with a mixture of burnt and non crispy chicken pieces. Waste of my money and time !

More than half the time they forget items. Out of silverware, no plates or even napkins.
Staff is rude and store is dirty. Three bad visits in a row, I will get my rewards from another store and forget we have a KFC account

Ordered 2 different flavors of the chicken sandwich and didn't get either one of them. Popcorn chicken had no sauce even after I specified I wanted some, and the drinks didn't even come full. had a good 3 inches of space between lid and liquid not including the ice in it.

paid for 2 piece white , got 2 piece dark....checked food before leaving....staff made it right...
Needs a revamp. That location is great for business but they have lost a lot of customers due to constant poor service.

What's the point of having a pick up order, that I ordered 30 minutes prior, to have to go in and wait while they make it? I have a 30 minute lunch, I want to walk in, pick up my order, go back to the plant and have time to eat it. ....and then when I told the ladies, that I had a 30 minute lunch, I got attitude...she said" I have to heat the sauce up, unless you want it cold"..unbelievable!! This ladies and gentlemen is what we're up against. Millennials who don't care ?
