The drive thru service was not bad at all. The chicken tenders were were so tough, they were like jerky. They were barely edible. I won't be ordering the tenders again.

If you choose to order here, don’t expect to actually get what you ordered. This is the third time I’ve ordered here in a month. So i kinda blame myself for coming back twice after the first issue. But every time i come here and i order something they don’t have it. It i order online i have to change my order when its time to pick it ups I dont know if this store simply doesn’t order enough food or if they just don’t feel like making more food but it’s unacceptable! Simply put , DO BETTER! No way someone should have 3 negative reviews about the same establishment!

Did not get what I ordered. Missing items too. Tried to call store to complain. They answer the phone and hang up. I was there at 11:30 a.m.

This place absolutely sucks! They're service is so bad that I have ordered food fr9m th8s place 4 times and are it once and it was dried out and nasty. Don't waste your time cause their either out of chicken, they're machines are broke, or people just won't answer the damn speaker. Shut this location down if you can't hire competent employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Slowest service around you’d think they had to kill, skin/pluck, cut up and bread the chicken still after you ordered. Food is lukewarm and mediocre at best. They can’t even remember what you’ve ordered or be bothered to make sure it’s correct. Learned my lesson for the last time lol.

Chicken tenders were HARD, OVERCOOKED and SMALL. Most of the fries were DRY and OLD. Waste of money. KFC stands for Kentucky Fried COMPOST.

Horrible service workers don't acknowledge new customers coming in just blank stairs with attitude. Waited 5 minutes just to be stared at with attitude like i shouldn't be there. For the people that work there if they don't like their job and it's that bad they really shouldn't be in that type of industry. Not to mention I hear that the food just keeps getting worse over the years. Worst KFC around.

this is the third time I’ve came through their drive thru and been given the wrong food or not given my full order. I try to call up there and nobody answers. They don’t give you your receipt when you pay so if you go back up there telling them that there’s something wrong they tell you They can’t do anything because you don’t have your receipt?? this is horrible customer service.
