I have been dining at Latina's Restaurant since 1974. It has changed ownership since then but the food has remained the quality that I remember under Momma. I especially love their Lasagna. The best Antipasto I have ever eaten.

I got a small cheese pizza to go. The bartender who took my order was very nice, and polite. The pizza came out pretty fast. I would say 10ish minutes.
Now I don't mind this because I like my pizza a bit sloppy, but I only live 5 mins away and the drive made most of my cheese slide to one side. Which isn't a huge deal, just made half of it a bit soggy lol.
The crust is thin, closer to New York style for sure. Not like Chicago pub style. I think they use a real pizza oven and not a conveyor belt style pizza oven. Nice chew and crunch to it.
The sauce and cheese are solid, a much more traditional tomato sauce, you can tell they don't add sugar to it. Which is great, let the tomatoes and seasoning be the main flavor you taste.
I will for sure come back and eat a sit-down meal with my wife after having a good take out experience.

Good is so good but not worth the nasty attitude you have to deal with when you pick up. Some people don’t need to work with people.
I was seriously surprised that I never ate here before and was very pleased with my first visit. The pizza is incredible and of a more traditional style. I also loved the garlic bread with cheese.

I will just say that the pasta was definitely better than the pizza. The sauce has a very peppery flavor. Very amateur pizza. I guess there is still a market for pizza that a kid would like, but not for an adult. The dough was very flat. And their pepperoni pizza was just very bland and basic.

I am always willing to give a place 2 chances before I really make an opinion. I returned the second time with a group of friends hoping for the best. I was disappointed. I ordered a meal for $21. A dinner meal. The meal was grilled chicken, vegetables and mashed potatoes. For that price I was expecting a very healthy, beautiful piece of grilled chicken. I've included a picture of what I did receive period My first impression was that it was boiled. But, I try not to judge a book by its cover. My eyes did NOT decieve me. There are some walks of life that will love it. But to my seasoned pallet, it was sub-par and well below my grilled chicken standards. For $8.99, I would not complain. But for $21.00, step up your game.
As a side note: The majority of my party ordered Regular lasagna, veggie lasagna and stuffed shells. Everyone said their food was delicious and from what I saw..... it looked delicious, also. It is an Italian Restaurant. 🤔☺️☺️. Pasta and pizza would be their thang over grilled chicken.
Im going to try a 3rd time and order a pasta or some type of pizza. I wanna experience the hype that so many people have had over the years.
