I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings!! I only seen 2 toppings that was the pepperoni and sausage, I ordered extra onions, bell pepper, black olives,and had to pay extra, they barely put my veggies on there, I called.told them I made it back to work and can’t bring it back, so the manager Chris told me to hold The Pizza Until The Next Day At 11Am Bring The Pizza Back So He Can See It!! So I’m At Work All Night Starving,And Loss Out On Money!! I’m Tired Of Thier Shiii, Now I’m Seeking Legal Help…This Is Not The First!!!

Ordered an extra most bestest with butter parm on the crust got a regular hot and ready with no butter parm at all my boyfriend takes the pizza back to the store and they just take it no refund no exchange no nothing so now I ain’t got no food or money back and manager just sat there arguing that it’s not a regular pizza like dude where is the customer service when I worked at this exact store and Selena was the manager we would NEVER!!!!

Was on hold for 10 minutes, finally got to talk to someone who was a 3rd party, was transferred to the store and the just hung up the phone.
06/29/25 Placed a order online when arriving to the store the service was indeed terrible, at least 15 people in line, cashier had a pure meltdown and system went down. Between door dash, online orders and people waiting til 10pm on their food. They were overcapacity due to lack of staffing. I was offered actually offered a free pizza for the inconvenience 😒
