It was late evening when I placed my order. They have a special that is priced for only certain times of the day... It was literally three minutes till the offer would no longer be available. The staff here honored the offer without even as much as a thought of not giving me the special. Any way, these people literally made me one of the freshest honest made pizzas I have had in a very long time. I mean fresh hot still moist and soft dough with a crispy crust the was crispy not dry and chewy and stale. I recommend stopping by this facility for a personal lunchpizza special or grab the whole family a meal. Definitely one of little Caesars best local locations hands down.

Horrible service! So this is the second time in a month they got my pizza wrong and she says just bring it back up here and we will make it right smh. Who has gas to keep running up there because u don't know how to get 3 items on a pizza right? I don't... Then I asked for the corporate number and she told me to find it which I looked online and I can't find it! I'm so sick of this place I will never be back... The white lady needs to change her attitude also! 12/30/24 550pm

$27 wasted. Pizza and breadsticks were colder than my dipping sauce. Not to mention the pizza tasted old, not fresh baked. Food was delivered by door dash. Had I known that prior, I would of ordered from domino's. Lesson learned...

I've avoided this location for a few years but accidentally placed an online order here, instead of the one on Richfield and Genesee ? instantly regretted it. But what could go wrong. Actually nothing went wrong, nothing was cut either ?
Edit: placed another online order here accidentally. I can't read obviously. But this time the food was perfect. Even the crazy bread was fresh. 5 pizzas and 2 crazy breads.

How are they going to give my pizza to someone else, that someone brings it back in after they left with it and then 10 seconds later try to give me the pizza she brought back!!! That’s weird!!! So now my 10 min wait has now turned into 30 mins and counting for a cheese pizza!

I used to work at this Little Caesars and I don't know how this store is allowed to be open the work environment is not safe where you wash dishes at a smell of excrements coming from the drainage right in front of the sink human beings are not supposed to be smelling that for long periods of time that is a big health concern for me. This is not my first job in the food industry so I know workers are supposed to be wearing gloves when handling and preparing food none of that is followed at this Little Caesars also no one takes the time to sanitize the Pizza station after so many order when they have a break they should wipe down the station only when it's time to close if I was anyone I wouldn't think of going to this location to get food or work there.
I always order ahead of time,and I never have to wait, Richfield Rd. In Flint,Michigan is the best.

I bought a large hot & ready at this Little Caesars on Richfield Rd in Flint. Sunday, July 28, 2024. Upon arrival I went to the counter and asked the lady clerk for a hot & ready large. She said it would be around an 8 minute wait. She is the only employee there. I said okay no problem. I was thinking I am getting a fresh pizza cooked (baked) for $7.41 out the door. After I received my pepperoni pizza I checked it in my car. It was a bit overdone and slightly burnt ??. So gross ?. I hate an overdone pizza. I did not go back in and complain or ask for a new pizza. She was the only one working at that Little Caesars. I ate only two slices. The other 6 slices I tossed into the ?. Quality of food: 2 stars at best. Short of help everywhere. Too bad the pizzas are not on a timer to avoid the pizzas from being overdone. Just a suggestion for better customer service and satisfaction. We won't see the $5 dollar large pepperoni hot & ready's ever again. $7.41 now (includes tax)

Crust was uneven thick in some parts and thin in others. The pizza taste like it had been sitting around for quite a while. It was cold, hard and the worst pizza ever. Bread sticks were good.
