I guess I'm not used to talking through a small hole to leave my order. Pizza tasted like cardboard, hardly any cheese on it. Terrible ! The young waiting on me was nice, that's about it.

Seems like every time I order from this particular location I NEVER get the sauces I ordered and still get charged for them. The pizza just seems like a sloppy mess under cooked and doughy. Better off traveling to a better location. I keep giving this place chances and it’s a waste of time and money just to get the same outcome Every single time. Thanks, hopefully this location can get their act together sometime in the future.

Ordered a Stromboli , was told it was only a 20 minute wait .. came in to pay for my order, line was to the door & nobody was at the counter to take care of the customers. After waiting in line 20 mins passed by I asked if my order was ready & they ignored me. Moral of the story I arrived at 9:00 pm & didn’t leave until 9:50ish pm ..

This is the first and last thing me I will ever order from this location. It actually was an accident to order from here. I have nothing positive to say about this my order or experience. The lady was rude. The order was placed in the little pickup area. Which was fine I informed the lady that I did not get a code with my order I placed. And she insisted that she needed to see my phone to see the name on the order. And I kept telling her that there is nothing on my phone and that my name was .... Which on the window only had my first name and last initial. I went out to get my phone to show her that there is nothing on my phone. And when I walked in I walked back in on them talking crap about me. I showed her my phone that there was nothing on my phone that would show my name or show the order. Kevin Sistine that they can't open that door just for anyone that it's their policy. And I tried to tell her that I would go out to the car and get my driver's license with my name on it and she kept insisting that she had to see the order on my phone. Finally somebody that was working cool never came to the window so I have no idea who they were. Told her just give her the pizza. And she kept muttering about how they can't open that door while she was over there opening the door for the order. And then really snotty said take your order. I had to wait for the door to open in order to get my order. I got my order out and turned around to walk out when I had got to the door and it shot I heard through the close door her screaming and I turned around and went back in. There were two ladies that were laughing I am assuming that she startled them with her scream because then in a calm voice she turned to them and said I forgot my sauce. She put sauce on the little turntable and spun it around toward me and I left. I got home and the pieces of pizza were not caught all the way through I had to use scissors to cut through the pizza. But the slices were all wonky. Some slices were not even 2 in wide where other slices were over 6 in wide. I had ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with light sauce there was no sauce. I had ordered two orders of crazy bread and there were some slices that might have been three maybe four inches at Max and length and then some that were over six or seven inches in light some were fat and some were really skinny.. the edges the crust of the pizza were hard and slightly burnt. I wish I would have taken a picture to compare all of the different sizes the slices were.
Stromboli is great, same as the customer service. The young man (cashier) has great customer service skills and was nice and courteous. Will definitely be going back, the next time I'm in the Flint area. Great job guys.

Literally EVERYTIME I come up here and get the CHEESE pizza puffs, they alwayssssss give me pepperoni. This is like the 4th time in a row and I even reminded them like “hey I always ask for cheese and you guys always give me pepperoni, can you pls make sure they’re the cheese ones” and I still get fkn pepperoni……… c’mon it is not that hard to read. Just annoying.
