They never have hot and readys. Always a 20-30 min wait for sub par food, when you can go down the street to bobs pizza and wait 30 mins for a good pizza. I know little caesars isn’t a career, so you expect younger more inexperienced employees but the service is crap. On their phones, audible cussing behind the counter and super loud inappropriate music playing.

Usually my go to for this area Tipped like 20 percent and still got a hot and ready with some bacon and a couple more pepperoni thrown on it. when asked why the crust wasn't right for the pizza that was ordered he said that it was how the pizza is made .

Great costoner service! Counter girl was polite and the guys in the back were awesome, I was eating with my dog in the back they have grass and the kitchen guys came out to throw garbage away and asked me if I was happy with my food !

Ordered delivery at 7pm, arrived at 8:55pm. Failed service. Don't use. Recommend making your own pizza.
Update- I went there again because I'm a glutton for punishment. Asked for a hot n ready after calling in the parking lot to see if they had any. They lied and said they had one. No one came to get anything, I walked in, no pizzas were ready, and it would take 8 minutes. They should remove the words hot and ready and just be a pizza place.

Pizza has gotten really bad over the last couple years. A regular pizza is so paper thin it just falls apart. Please hire better cooks.
Everytime I go I ask for a fresh pizza straight out the oven. I don't want hot and ready because you never know gow long they've been in the warmer. Last night I ordered the same way I always do. They went to the back of the warmer and gave me an old pizza. I didn't notice til I got home. So I won't be going to this location no time soon.

I'm speaking for all little Caesars when I say this. You only get fresh pizza when you don't order a regular large pepperoni. Got 2 pizzas one regular and one stuffed crust and of course the regular looks like it's been sitting out since yesterday. And since when do they not let you order extra cheese on a stromboli. I was told I couldn't do that because the way the cheese melts. But have always ordered it like that. This is still my favorite little Caesars. But things are getting weird.
Idk how every employee they hire is worst then the last charged me and made me pay $2 for sauces they didn’t have any of, idk how you don’t have the pizza sauce you’re putting on my pizza but thanks for the stellar service! I have never seen someone care about a job less. Pizzas are cold and with so much of the sauce they couldn’t give me it was weird soggy and wet. Moral of this story is please do better in every category.

Staff is rude and dismissive, also just about every door on their "pizza portal" is broke so it won't open when you put in your code, which makes you have to go to the counter and ask for help and they look at you like your dumb.

Best little Caesars I have ever been to . All the workers are polite and full of smiles and in the evening there is a lady named April who is just full of so much joy . I wanted to say thank you to the little Caesars on Richfield Rd and right past Genesee Rd . Y'all are wonderful ppl and make one hell of a pizza 🍕
