Pizza has gotten really bad over the last couple years. A regular pizza is so paper thin it just falls apart. Please hire better cooks.

Everytime I go I ask for a fresh pizza straight out the oven. I don't want hot and ready because you never know gow long they've been in the warmer. Last night I ordered the same way I always do. They went to the back of the warmer and gave me an old pizza. I didn't notice til I got home. So I won't be going to this location no time soon.

I'm speaking for all little Caesars when I say this. You only get fresh pizza when you don't order a regular large pepperoni. Got 2 pizzas one regular and one stuffed crust and of course the regular looks like it's been sitting out since yesterday. And since when do they not let you order extra cheese on a stromboli. I was told I couldn't do that because the way the cheese melts. But have always ordered it like that. This is still my favorite little Caesars. But things are getting weird.
Idk how every employee they hire is worst then the last charged me and made me pay $2 for sauces they didn’t have any of, idk how you don’t have the pizza sauce you’re putting on my pizza but thanks for the stellar service! I have never seen someone care about a job less. Pizzas are cold and with so much of the sauce they couldn’t give me it was weird soggy and wet. Moral of this story is please do better in every category.

Staff is rude and dismissive, also just about every door on their "pizza portal" is broke so it won't open when you put in your code, which makes you have to go to the counter and ask for help and they look at you like your dumb.

Best little Caesars I have ever been to . All the workers are polite and full of smiles and in the evening there is a lady named April who is just full of so much joy . I wanted to say thank you to the little Caesars on Richfield Rd and right past Genesee Rd . Y'all are wonderful ppl and make one hell of a pizza 🍕
Ordered food for our class room and someone finally answers after 20mins of having issues with online. They take my order and then when I show up to get it they are closed NO ONE THERE AT ALL @11:30am. So never got our order

Omg i was Hesitant on coming in again but i did friday evening,this time i seen and heard a manager a fairly large woman treating her employees like dogs. I was appalled. This lady has absolutely no right to be a manager. If it were up to me she would be fired. UNACCEPTABLE
Parking: Parking lot is small but its a carry out resturaunt so its no big deal

I'll drive further to a different location than to ever go to this location again! We placed an order online and there is no option to add garlic/Parmesan to the pizza online so when we picked up we asked the girl to add it. She refused and said there is no way she can. We told her we have never had a problem doing it in the past. She got EXTREMELY rude and told us we should've came in and ordered if we wanted to add garlic Parmesan. It's not the point that she "couldn't", it was that how rude she was.
