I went thru the drive thru and although the cashier was extremely helpful but then I got my food and the chicken pieces was so small not even as long as my finger. That's a shame when you pay 12 for a a meal so I just paid $12.00 for a box of Fry's. If I wanted nuggets I would have ask them. SHM at this point I will not be coming back. It's never been like this.

Updated. Building has been remodeled or rebuilt. Clean and esthetically appealing. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was fresh and tasted as expected. Will continue to stop in when making trips to the area.
Stop here whenever driving through the area. Googled it and said they have dine in but when we got there only drive thru. Time to open up your dining rooms. Disappointing- went to a competitor that had dine in.

I used to love Long John Silver's; their food was always fresh and good, but not today. On 02-13-2025, I ordered a 16-piece Family meal, with 8 pieces of fish, 8 pieces of chicken, a family waffle fry box, 18 hushpuppies, and an additional 14-piece hushpuppies. I ordered it through DoorDash, but the employees forgot the 8-piece fish box on top of that the entire order was old and hard and was disgusting. The waffles fries and hushpuppies were dark almost burned and hard, and the chicken was nasty and cold. The manager who answered the phone was not helpful at all she didn't care and didn't offer to correct it. I will not be buying anything from there again. Just horrible customer service all around then the manager tried to argue, no lady I know what fresh hot food looks and tastes like I took pictures as well.

I haven't been able to go because the one burnt down and the other one's too far away so I really enjoyed it because I hadn't been going there for a long time. The food was pretty good

$35 worth of takeout food all in one bag shoved together. Where we couldn't even check our order. It all fell over. We had to go inside to get another bag to sort through it. Where has quality went?

Went thru drive thru, ordered the Lobster bites combo, and a 3 piece Fish meal. Imagine my suprise when I got home and there were NO LOBSTER bites in my box. I paid $12.00 for 1 piece of fish, 2 hushpuppies and a small handful of waffle fries....smh...also asked for an extra tartar sauce, I got 1 cup that was not even half full....will not go back again....Do better Long John Silver's.....

The people at the register as well as in the back very rude the food was in eatable we had to throw it away so much grease not cooked all the way never coming back and I will tell others not to eat here!!!!!
Don't fall for the lobster bites. More like bits and pieces of mostly batter. Hush puppies were good tho.

This is the second visit my fish was old & rubbery. Fries were overcooked to a crisp. Smh.. $15 for a meal you have to pick over is ridiculous. I let the 1st visit go but a second time is extreme. Please do better on the quality of food. I dont mind waiting a few minutes for fresh food that is not filled with grease.

I pulled up to grab a DoorDash at 8:40 when google says they close at 10 and was told they’re closed. Bad communication between the store and google and DoorDash if I could give a 0-5 I would.

We asked a question about a couple of items on the menu and the person who helped us was NOT very helpful at all! Second, come to find out, she should have also informed us better as to what was included (or not included) with regards to the question we asked. Third, too expensive for what we received. Fourth, WAY too much breading on the #1 - fish!! And it was not cooked all the way through, gooey. Made us sick to our stomachs. We had to take off most of it! Forgot to take picts. Sorry.
It has been a long time since we have been here and thought or we will give it a try. We have been before and have enjoyed it. So this was disappointing.
Hopefully it gets better.
