I like stew beef burritos, but this restaurant serves potatoes in it and I do not like potatoes in burritos. I feel like it is a cheap filler. Also, my boyfriend ordered Nachos and they had alot of refried beans on it mixed with the hamburger another filler. Also asked for a refill of pop to go because it was ain't ice in the pop I was served and they did not even have any to go cups. I think I will stick to Cancun in Argentine or Vienna Rd next time. Biggest bang for your buck. They do have good chips though, but you have to buy them and not worth the extra cost when other places is complimentary. Very disappointed because it is close, but would rather drive farther for a better quality meal. El Portreros in Swartz Cteek is good also.

I have driven by Lupe's for years and never seemed to try it. I read somewhere that it was one of the top restaurants in the area so figured it was about time to give it a try. Craving a taco salad of all things I decided to meet a friend for lunch. We started with Chips Salsa and Guacamole. The chips came out HOT and fresh. Guacamole was also great. Needless to say I hope the salad wasn't huge after demolishing the chips LOL. Both our meals were large portions and good. Only downfall was there is not a lot of seating making timing critical if you wanted to dine in.

Service was absolutely atrocious. The staff didn't even acknowledge that I was there. They also proceeded to help 3 customers who walked in after I did.. So I walked out

Ordered chips hot and mild salsa 12 oz 8 oz queso 3 enchiladas with queso instead of shredded cheese order was read back to me and didn't get my chips called she said she'll put a note in drawer then called me back and said I wasn't charged for them when the order was read back correct so now I have 2 12 oz cups of salsa and 8 oz queso with nothing to eat it with and that's my problem that they didn't write it on order sheet when it was read back to me correctly
I had been going to Lupeās for a long time I would get the same thing because I am vegetarian chimichanga with no meat add fajitas vegetables so the next time I ordered they said they wonāt do the fajita vegetables anymore itās to much for the cook to do. I called El Potrero to see if they just sold fajita vegetables as a side and they said of course so we got the food from Lupeās and then went to El Potrero to get the vegetables ever since that they have been extremely rude I had gone back once to try to order again we had to walk out we are a good twenty minutes away. This place has gone downhill they are never open if you donāt have Facebook you have to make the drive to see that they are closed. Lupesās you need ti be consistent as a business I am sure your loosing customers and you canāt find any help. You are doing something way wrong. Good luck and hop your customers have a better experience and customer service.
