The sandwiched was great but the Mac and Cheese was only so so. Love the bake potato. Nice job on cooking lunch. Like many places need more help falling behind in cleaning tables.

My friend and I visited on Wednesday Oct. 8. What happened to 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. We had to get a six inch sub which was way to big for a senior lunch. They only had 1 girl taking orders and no other help at lunch. Finally the window got full of trays and a cook came out front and started taking food to the tables. Is there no Mgr. in the building to take over? The cost has certainly gone up considerably. Too high for seniors to dine for lunch. At the cost they certainly could hire more help!!

Does this look like no tomato? Shorted our order and messed up the food we got. First and LAST time I'll ever get food from here. Short $6 worth of food. I'm disgusted when I spent over $40 for this garbage.

I wish there are more McAllister locations. I moved from Jackson, Tennessee to the greater metro Detroit. Area. The closest McAllister for is Flint, Michigan. This location is great. I love eating here!

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min and I was the only car there and then they didn’t actually look at the order and the customizations I made. So the food was wrong after waiting forever for half a sandwich and a half salad.

Thought this might be a good place and th menu looked good but that’s when I stopped. It was 230 on a Friday so not peak time but it took 25min including having to remind the staff that the food was just sitting there to get the food and it was disappointing. We got the kids pretzel dog bites and one was still frozen! Gross. My wife said the baked potato was okay and the nachos were essentially what you’d get at a carnival. The carrot cake wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t come for that. Overall very poor - stay away!

I love this place. The food is delicious and I love that they have add-ins for drinks so you can always add a little extra something if you want to. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the price. Almost $11 for a regular sized wrap and 1/4 medium pickle plus more for a drink and side is a lot. But would absolutely recommend for a quick, yummy lunch if you have the money.
