Ruined my lunch ... I thought I would have a little fun and order the Grinch Happy meal for adults. I ordered chicken nuggets with two sauces, the fries and a diet Coke. Grab the box through drive-thru..go back to work, open it up and there's no sauce and the fries are cold and limp. What am I supposed to eat? This crap? ... nobody at work has any barbecue sauce in the refrigerator, so I have to eat chicky nuggies with no sauce. So I called them and now I have to leave work earlier to stop in and talk to the manager and get a refund. But I'm not returning to socks. I'm keeping those.

Today I pulled into line 2 to get 2 double cheeseburgers simple nothing serious but as I’m sitting in line 2 with a person ahead of me I watched as I sat there take 8 other people’s Oder in lane 1 instead of the guy ahead of me, finally they take the persons order ahead of me they finally pull ahead I’m now at the screen waiting for my order to be taken then they let another person in lane 1 go ahead of me as I’ve sat there for 12 minutes so I pulled away. I am not coming here any longer for anything.

I've worked in 44 different states. And this is the worst McDonald's ever. I got a double fish filet, sandwich. large fry, and a Dr. Pepper 25 minutes had passed before I even got the order. Then I go back to get my daughter some breakfast. Another 25 minutes for a big breakfast with hot cakes. Oh, and they forgot to give me the hot cakes.😡

Had ordered a $40 order through DoorDash. They gave us the wrong food. They supposed to do a red delivery and they gave us the food that was sitting at the store. That was our order. It was ice cold. The food was never remade…

We waited 25+ minutes in the extended wait line. For a Big Mac meal, a quarter pounder meal, and a happy meal. I then went in and waited 10 more minutes before anyone even spoke to me. The Food was hot, but service horrible. They weren’t even busy when I pulled in.

Goto any other McDonald's.... this one is the worst. When the service says "what ya want" after 5 min of sitting in drive thru. Watching the other lane do three orders. Very ghetto and rude!

Didn’t give me all my food! Waited to order food forever! Phones are broken so now I cannot call about my missing food. I don’t live that close so to get the rest of my meal is a hike! Extremely frustrated and angry with this experience!!
Only 5 people in line, 5 people inside. I had to come inside after I waited 10mins. To get my food that had been sitting on counter. Food was cold, had to have them remake. Fries were still only half filled.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the repeated poor service I have experienced at your [location] store this past week. I have had three separate orders prepared incorrectly, and my most recent visit was particularly frustrating due to the unprofessional and offensive behavior of one of your employees.
Here are the issues I encountered:
1. Incorrect Orders
• Earlier this week, I ordered a McGriddle with no egg, but it was prepared incorrectly.
• On another visit, I ordered a black coffee, but it was served with cream.
• Today, I received the completely wrong order altogether.
2. Unacceptable Employee Conduct
• The blonde employee with short hair was extremely rude when I brought the mistake to her attention.
• Instead of correcting the issue professionally, she made inappropriate remarks and even questioned my mental state as if implying I had an illness.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the blatant disrespect I encountered. I expect McDonald’s to uphold better standards when it comes to both order accuracy and customer service.
I hope that this matter is addressed promptly to prevent further issues for myself and other customers. Please let me know how this will be resolved.
