Bought a large fry and medium coke. Fry was half filled, soggy and the coke was a Dr Pepper. With the cost of food now I feel like this is unacceptable and I’m finally writing a review bc it happens more often than not that my food is subpar but the prices continue to go up. Very disappointed. Too much of an inconvenience and not enough time in my busy schedule to go all the way back to complain or have them make it right.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Went thru drive-thru to pick up a McChicken and Medium Fries. Both the upper bun and the bottom bun were hard. The McChicken is supposed to have mayonaise and lettuce on it. There was no lettuce and the mayonaise did not even cover half the sandwich. The medium fry was not even filled to the half way point on the container. If I was eating there I would have taken them up for a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS McDONALDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I know I will not return to this one. Additionally, I asked to a receipt and they refused to give me one because the printer wasn't working at the 2nd window. I don't know why the 1st window refused since I got a receipt there many times.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Found a large black brownish hair in my food. Couldn’t get it replaced. Molly the manager would only replace the cheapest thing I purchased. None of the females working had adequate hair covering to keep the hair off the food. Go to the Burger King across the street

It’s been a while since I’ve gotten McDonald’s , was tired of the constant stale food and long wait . But after tonight , I figured I’d share my experience … I understand working night shift … but it’s no excuse to not do / half butt your job . Tonight , I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder Meal . Sat at the window for 10+ minutes meanwhile all I could hear is the employees messing around / cracking jokes . I get home to find that my fries are cold and undercooked as well as my Bacon Quarter Pounder is in pieces AND missing the bacon … At this point , I’m tired of it and won’t be returning to any McDonald’s location . It’s sad how little people care , even as an employee at a fast food restaurant . That may have been my only meal of the day and it was trash … Please do better . 11/16/24 @ roughly 2am . Side note , more times than not , fries are cold and or undercooked or they fill it like a medium instead of a large like ordered … Plenty of times where I’ve sat at speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged when theres nobody in front of me or only a car or 2 . When the Lemonade was fairly new , there were black specs floating in my drink … Has also happened with the Tea … There was also a time where I pulled up to speaker , employee asked me to wait a second .. 5 minutes passed until another car pulled up to other speaker , and they immediately took their order instead of mine … Oh , have also gotten an undercooked Quarter Pounder … Undercooked Bacon seems to be a thing at a lot of locations as well . That’s only what I can remember off the top of my head .
