I waited almost 15 minutes before being served my mobile order. When I finally received my food, I noticed that it seemed insufficient. I asked the employee if this was everything, and she confirmed, looking at me as if I were crazy. As I drove away, I realized they had missed my fries and messed up most of my order, indicating incompetence and horrible employee training. When I called to complain, the manager even tried to claim they didn't see my order, despite the fact that I had driven up to the pay window and been given a receipt. I am not willing to drive all the way back to get fries from these individuals, who barely deserve to be called McDonald's employees. This experience is deeply disappointing and sad. Will not be returning even tho it would be convenient.

Curbside was sooo slow and the drive thru was going pretty good. Cold fries for it being that busy doesn’t make sense unless our food sat there when we just got 3 items.

First off McDonald's is so old and nasty and unhealthy. But hey to each it's own. Secondly idk if they staff was all sleepy or if they always act like that. They move sooo slow, yes I get it restaurant get busy. But it's another thing when you are not even trying to hurry up. Then the way they call out orders is so low and unenthused that none of the customer really heard their order. Mind you I was just picking up a dash order. Some how my first order was done but not my second one. When they both came in at the same time. I wasn't the only one who thought the same thing. Customer weren't very happy either.Look I get working is so sucky, that's why I stopped and started door dash. Don't like what's happening change it.Do better guys, well ladies. And stopping being rude to Dashers, we working just like you?

Went inside as drive thru was busy. Went to the counter, had my app number ready. Two people working at the counter, one with a headset the other trying to find how to ring up a customer order, something about a Detroit Lions interception deal. After a few a Mgr came by said something to get the discount done, finally the headset lady made eye contact and I tried to orderShe stopped me saying I'm on the drive thru only. Still waiting for the other to figure out how to help her customer who was also getting frustrated also, so I left. I found the manager hanging halfway out the exit door, VAPING. I said would be nice to have more than one worker at the counter, she said we do and that's when I told Her that after 5 minutes no help I won't be backHORRIBLE SERVICE
