Just left there drive thru. Orderd a small sprite and got what looked like someone's old sprite. Barely had ice and was 3/4ths full then to top it off it wasn't even sprite, all carbonated water. When i.pullrd up to the window to get my order the lady says can u pull up to the railing im waiting on fries. I said ok. I watched 4 or 5 cars pu up and grab there food with no problem then she finally comes out with my food. When I grabbed the bag I started to pull off and the rude chick yells don't come here then if u got a problem. I called up there immediately and they continued to answer and hang up before even saying hello. That lady working the window needs to be terminated asap. The audacity to make me wait after I ordered, and paid first and make me wait so they can serve everyone else then give me crap pop AND cop an attitude with me because I didn't say thank you? Miss Ma'am you better learn some common sense quick bc its clear you don't carry that basic quality.

Why is it EVERYTIME I come here they always park me? No matter what time of the day or night...I get parked. Today I was parked over 3 cheeseburgers!! THREE CHEESEBURGERS!!! Not to mention 99% off the time my order is wrong. How hard is ONLY keychup? This is nuts. Get it together McDonald's!!!!ketchup? STILL HERE AFTER 20 MINUTES!!!! AND MY CHEESEBURGERS ARENT RIGHT!!! Hands down the slowest and worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They’re either understaffed or simply don’t give a shit. Theyll ask you to pull to the side even if you’re the only person in the drive thru, and one time they gave my wife a Big Mac with no burgers in it, and when I went to get it corrected, they did it again. The idea of “fast” food is completely lost on this location.

Not sure what’s going on with the morning staff. But every morning that I attempt to go there, they never answer the speaker. I will be sitting there for 5 to 10 minutes And no one takes my order. This place used to be really good in the morning so I don’t know what happened, but I will not be returning in the mornings anymore.

They did not inform me that they were out of sweet tea and instead the lady at the second window pressured my wife and I into getting something else after we asked for our money back. We may not be returning to this location due to the lack of communication about their products and pressuring us into getting something we did not want in the first place.

Curbside pickup.....after 12 minutes, I went in, and my order had been done and sitting behind the counter, waiting for someone to take it to me. Meanwhile, the employees were standing around talking!

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes because there was a whole line of cars by the time I git to the speaker to order they said "I'm sorry we're closed for the night have a great nigjt" your kidding me right!!!! I'm 43 years old never experienced such crap service in my life. 3-1-25 quick update...not only has my wife and our family continue to pay for the worst possible fast food in the world for the 12 years I've lived near this store and the teenage attitude problems with staff seems to be what your really paying extra for....but can u believe my wife had sharp plastic chunks in the bottom of her frappee!!! How can you possibly do something like this and not notice you did something wrong!!!! Blows my mind

Had the worst experience tonight. First I had to repeat the start of my order 4 times because the girl taking the order was to busy laughing and messing around with all the people in the back ground. Then they pulled us forward where we waited an additional 20 mins. Not all of our food was in the bag and when we got home half of our order was wrong. I don’t normally complain but if your gonna pull me forward and make Me wait then at least get my order correct!

Got breakfast for my son this morning. His pancakes were frozen in the middle and they forgot everything to go with it ( syrup, butter, ect). This place always messes up orders doesn't matter what time of day it is.
