Curbside pickup.....after 12 minutes, I went in, and my order had been done and sitting behind the counter, waiting for someone to take it to me. Meanwhile, the employees were standing around talking!

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes because there was a whole line of cars by the time I git to the speaker to order they said "I'm sorry we're closed for the night have a great nigjt" your kidding me right!!!! I'm 43 years old never experienced such crap service in my life. 3-1-25 quick update...not only has my wife and our family continue to pay for the worst possible fast food in the world for the 12 years I've lived near this store and the teenage attitude problems with staff seems to be what your really paying extra for....but can u believe my wife had sharp plastic chunks in the bottom of her frappee!!! How can you possibly do something like this and not notice you did something wrong!!!! Blows my mind

Absolutely terrible service in the drive through. Waited for 20.minutes as the 3rd car in line. I will NEVER stop here again and would not recommend anyone else stop here if you want office t service. Inexcusable. Staff was also unapologetic.

Had the worst experience tonight. First I had to repeat the start of my order 4 times because the girl taking the order was to busy laughing and messing around with all the people in the back ground. Then they pulled us forward where we waited an additional 20 mins. Not all of our food was in the bag and when we got home half of our order was wrong. I don’t normally complain but if your gonna pull me forward and make Me wait then at least get my order correct!

Got breakfast for my son this morning. His pancakes were frozen in the middle and they forgot everything to go with it ( syrup, butter, ect). This place always messes up orders doesn't matter what time of day it is.

This is literally the worst McDonald's ever. Every single time we go there we have to pull up, more than not they take FOREVER to bring our order out and then I end up havin to go in anyways becuz it's wrong. Then they have the nerve to be rude cuz they can't do their job. Seriously the worst. I will not make the mistake of goin again!! I've called the owner multiple times but it's like no one even cares anymore.
