The service there has gone down hill so bad. A few weeks ago they had me pull over to the side. Then they gave my order to some other customer. When I went in they looked at me like I was crazy. Yesterday I went there and had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. This is just a few of the examples. If I go to McDonald’s again it won’t be to that one.

Stopped by this mcdonalds for the last time. Everytime i go here food is horrible service is terrible. Ordered a sausage egg and chez biscuit 2 hash browns and sausage mcgriddle. I was ask to pull in spot #2 cause they were waiting on biscuit when i get home and open my food it was a sausage egg mcmuffin both sandwichs had burnt sausage patties called no answer just leave message. The manager dont care cause shes worthless. And the owners must not care about their business maybe you should sell it to me for 150,000 cause thats all it is worth considering you have ruined the name. Worst mcdonalds in michigan. And it stems from piss poor management and ownership. Will not eat here again cause its not just this time its everytime.

They told us to pull forward, came out 10 minutes later with the wrong order. After another 10 minutes I went inside and they had no idea what we were talking about and what our order was even though the guy took the wrong food back. Horrible service.

So over pulling forward for something your waiting on then get it and it's not even hot like it would be if it was fresh, or just coming up. Pulling cars forward to help ur ticket times is coming to a end I'll be waiting for my food at the window from now on and not pulling forward so get it together people.
I never eat McDonald's. The one time my family convinced me? The salt, according to my family was way over powering and we couldn't eat them. I'll never try McDonald's again!

Ordered a Double Big Mac ( and paid for a double big mac) but when I got home it was only a regular big mac. I would have went back but only drive thru was open & it took me 20 minutes to get my food the first time. I called & had to leave a message. This is the 3rd time our food has been wrong from this Mcdonald's.

This particular McDonald's scores low with me. Perhaps they were having an off day, but perhaps this is every day. They were not busy and my experience was after 6:30pm on a Wednesday. My order was a Quarter Pounder meal, plain, and a Double Quarter Pounder meal. After paying and pulling to the second window, I was asked to pull forward and wait (which is expected since Quarters are made to order). We waited close to 10 minutes to get our food (Quarters take about 3 minutes). When we got home, we found that we could not eat the fries because they had so much salt on them that they were inedible. No complaints about the sandwiches fortunately. I may give them another chance, but I might also just avoid them all together.
