My shamrock McFlurry didn't get mixed at all, the syrup was all pooled at the top but at least I got some. :( The employee on the speaker talked so quietly and then caught an attitude when I kept asking if they could speak up. I work in fast food, it isn't hard to be have good customer service and certainly isn't hard to do your job correctly.

These employees are dumber than a brick. I order quarter pounder they give me a big Mac. I order fresh fries they give me fries from yesterday. The staff is rude and the location is trash food. Spare your stomach and drive past this place.

Fraud at the lowest levels. People wonder why Flint is the way it is, its places like this Mcdonalds and their shady, lazy staff. Fiancee ordered a coffee, they refused to make it and refused to give us our money back. All we got in return was a poor attitude.

The worst McDonald's in Flint now, unfortunately. They are the only McDonald's that stops breakfast early everyday and constantly "runs out" of food conveniently before breakfast is over. Employees ruin businesses and this one is no exception.

Asked for nuggets to be cooked to order. I was told to pull up and waited 20 mins, many cars that I was ahead of got their food. I tried to go in lobby ALL doors were locked. I had to pull around in line, manager forgot about me. Didn’t receive my sauce, worker was in window with headphones on! they offered me a pie that was cold and old as well! worst location, full of teens. had multiple bad experiences officially done coming here! Who’s the owner?????? 0/10.

Only McDonald’s I’ve been to MULTIPLE TIMES that has never not forgotten an item. I go to McDonald’s all over Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and more states for work. And this is the only one that has never ever failed to give me everything I paid for. It hurts twice as bad when you leave and are an hour away before you notice. Just a warning to others that’s all

I finally got to the window to receive my order after waiting 15 min. First, they had my order wrong...okay refund the coffee after I produced my bill. Didn't believe me. Then, tasted the fries while waiting. Literally cold. Got another refund drove away. No straw. Turned around, went inside to get a straw. Cashier laughed about it and said, "Oh well." Turned out the rest of the meal was cold and no creams for my coffee. Worst McD's experience ever.
Only ordered a fry and a drink but service was good. Fast and friendly. The fries were fresh and hot. The drink station was neat clean and organized. However the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I won't go into detail here but it definitely needed attention. I would visit this establishment again in the future especially since it's right off interstate I-75 Also there was plenty of space for me to walk my dogs.
