Just take away the second drive thru lane...I can patiently sit there and still not get my order taken. Food and service is always hit or miss. Morning staff is usually on point, but not lately.

The young lady at drive-thru was not a nice person. She was snappy and was just throwing the bag out at ppl.
I always have a good experience at this McDonaldâs location. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my order is usually ready quickly and accurate. The food tastes just like I expectâconsistent and satisfying. Itâs a convenient spot when Iâm on the go or need a quick meal. Definitely recommend!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Pulled up to the drive through. Couldnât even hear because two âworkersâ were smoking a joint by the employee entrance, squeak laughing and hollering. Tried to give her our code âwhat are you having?!â Three times yelled at us. Start ordering, not even getting it correctly entered. No other cars in the drive though. After three minutes we just left. Absolute crap service, obnoxious and rude employees. Do better McDonaldâs. No one wants to go to a âkid friendlyâ restaurant that reeks of marijuana and rudeness.

1st girl with orange hair was trying to hand me a water thru half opened window because she was on her phone texting not paying attention. 2nd handed us our food saying âis that itâ. Like shouldnât you know? But no it wasnât we still had a happy meal and chocolate milk they needed to give us. 3rd we asked for ranch they said thereâs two in the box. 4 th got home. No ranch. My Big Mac had half piece of meat. I called the lady told me bring it back and they would fix it. Iâve been out all day I wasnât going back out. She said nothing she could do unless I brought it back up. I also said something about the girl on her phone and she just wanted to keep trying to over talk me.
So I decided to door dash McDonaldâs the next day and this McDonaldâs picked up my order. Guess what! It was all messed up imagine that. They forgot chocolate milk, the sausage was burnt, We asked for extra sauce on our sausage egg and cheese bagels and we got none and the eggs were not done on My granddaughters hotcake meal. Just disgusting. So two days in a row is unbelievable. They obviously need new management and staff.
