Food was cold and bread was extremely hard. Could not enjoy my meal and I was very disappointed. I love McDonalds so to receive like warm not even hot food after waiting over 15mins on a Mobile Order is ridiculous.

I ordered at the speaker. I said the word Combo multiple times, but apparently that was too complicated for the cashier so my meal cost 9 instead of 7 like the app said it would cost. I don't know what normally goes in the iced coffee but something was omitted because it did not taste good. the cashier said plain and i said regular.

I realize the small staff is doing the best they can, but this is NOT fast food.

The cashier was pretty nice. They have kiosks but since some of the things that I wanted customized made were not on the screen to choose I had to have the cashier place in the order. My food came out fast and pretty fresh to my liking. The atmosphere was decent I give the cleanliness a seven out of ten.

We went thru the drive thru and got our food. This store is located on Dort Hwy. just south of Lapeer Rd. The staff we encountered were very friendly and I will definitely visit this establishment again and I also recommend them if you find yourself in the area and in need of a quick bite to eat. SORRY, I FORGOT TO ASK IF THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS WORKING!!!!
This is by far and away the worst location I've ever been to.they accept orders and claim they’re open 24 hours when they aren’t, and refuse to give refunds or food to those who pay ahead of time under this impression. I had to contact customer service to get this resolved, the manager outright refused to issue the refund or food.
