Stopped to grab a bite for lunch walked into the bathroom to use the facilities and wash my hands there was so much dirt bodily fluids and pubic hair around the back of the toilet it looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks I ended up driving 7 miles up the road to McDonald's in Grand Blanc much cleaner establishment by far

Manager here is rude as hell. Mobile ordered like we usually do for an inside pick up. As we were walking in, the manager rudely “shooed” us out of the store because she “doesn’t have the staff to keep the lobby open.” Go to the drive thru and we were told the order wasn’t there. She wouldn’t look at the receipt email, wouldn’t let us talk, and we had to leave without food, without a refund, and without the points used for the order. All they kept saying was they couldn’t help us. We went back a second time to see if the order came through and we were told the same. But not before that same manager tried to tell us she wasn’t there earlier and we had to call her out saying we spoke to her specifically. It was then the manager started yelling about it in the back and making a new employee deal with the situation. The employee at the window saw the email receipt, verified it was paid for, and still our food wouldn’t be made per the manager. She needs to be fired or retrained. Or smacked in the mouth. ??♀️We held up the drive thru line TWICE because of this and the manager refused to deal with any of it.Also, no one would give us the managers name and one employee tried to act like they didn’t know it. Real classy. ??

Cold food even when you ask for it to be made fresh. No answer on the phone either. Completely unacceptable I won't be back to this location you will always get cold food
The dining room is disgusting the floor is very dirty. Smells like they used an old mop. Would never eat here again. The drink station was very sticky. I’m never coming back here again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I ordered French fries with no salt. They took salted fries and threw them back in the fryer (re-dunked). Now they were grease soaked, over cooked and a little salty. Unfortunately I was at work and 10 minutes from the store when I discovered it. Apparently the store will not make it right if you do not take the food back into the store. I did not see this policy posted. The store was dirty and the staff was rude, and their customer service was worse. This store has really gone downhill.

Second time this McDonald’s gives me large fries where a handful worth of fries are missing. Not sure why they’re not filling it to the brim. Guess I’ll go to another McDonald’s down the road.
