I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location is absolutely awful. The customer service is non-existent and sometimes they're just downright rude. The managers don't care either.

They forgot my two double cheeseburgers, drove all the way back with receipt asking if they could give them to me, arguing with the manager who was dumbfounded at the idea that his 3.3 rated McDonald's could forget the two burgers & refused to give them back to me. 👍

Stopped on my way to work, ordered a large fry and a coffee. There was a line, ok, no problem 18 minutes later make it to the window, they hand me my fries and tells me there's a wait for the coffee! How hard would it have been to put the coffee on while I was waiting? Long story short, no coffee cold fries and a waste of 20 minutes! I won't be back!

Today I went to the drive thru because I truly enjoy an icey COKE😊 XAVIER the young man at the window not only corrected some of his co workers for some bad behavior but told me to stay put while he brings my Coke right back. Yes he made today's visit pleasant 🎉

Shelby the GM lied to me, said I would receive a refund for a mobile order placed but never received. They refused to make my breakfast order even though I was there 10 minutes in the drive-through before and watch them switch over their signs to lunch. They first offered to give me lunch. I said I wanted breakfast the mobile app finished my order I was charged $15. And received zero food.

50 cents double cheeseburgers today, I couldn’t pass it up! This particular McDonald’s is the site of my go to neighborhood McDonald’s, although the building I used to go to has been replaced by what I think is now the 3rd iteration on this property. I’m happy to say that for the first time in a long time, I felt like the service and food was like I remembered it being when I was a kid and McDonald’s was the best of the best in fast food.
