I waited in line for 25 minutes for French fries and a 4 piece chicken nugget. My French fries were cold and my 4 piece. Chicken nugget tasted like cardboard. They forgot my sauce and the person taking my order was rude. Told me to go around to the front and never told me how much it was until I actually got to the window and then wanted to rush me. Absolutely horrific. Never again. I go here. And all I wanted was a fresh fry and that's all I had to eat for the day on easter

Last night i picked my order on drive thru. They didn’t take my order and let me wait for 10 min. While i was picking my order cashier was too rude. This is not first time i had issue in the past too.

Kid-friendliness: They are always friendly with the kids and the kids enjoy playing in their play place! They even sell socks if you happen to wear flip flops or just don't have a pair for the kids to play

The service is terrible you have to stand there while workers are talking and playing around and walks right by you I witness a customer waiting over 20 for just some cookies terrible service I heard the manager yelling at the workers to do there jobs if she had to repeat herself more then once those workers would've been fired on the spot...I have had these type of experience over 3 times I keep trying to give them a chance but they failed everytime

I don't like that this "modern" McD doesn't have a beverage center. However bathrooms are clean. Staff are on top of orders. Food was good.

Make sure you check everything.. These people couldn't get an order right to save their lives.. Ordered a double big Mac, got home and they had put two patties on the bottom and just pickle on top.. If you have a choice, do not go to this Mcdonalds period.. Freaken joke, everytime....

I went through the drive thru and accidentally used wrong code on order, long story short I went in and asked the manager about a refund w/ the right code bc I could have saved $10. I already waited for the new code to be available. She rang up order and seen the amount difference but was confused with code working on promotional discounts and started texting or doing something on phone while employees telling her they are leaving they have an emergency. After another 10 minutes on phone and taking pictures of my receipt, she says the owner said we can’t do nothing about it and it’s your fault you used the wrong code. It could have been a simple refund. I paid with cash so I feel she was being unprofessional and lazy. Yes it was my fault on code I understand that, but it could have been refundable and food was cold by the time I got home.
