I don’t live in Flint, but my coworker and I were in town and just wanted to try this Cuban bakery and it is amazing! We got a Cuban sandwich. The bread is amazing and the pork is braised perfectly. I tried their Cuban coffee and it was delicious. Pastries were wonderful and flaky. Please try this place out!

Im looking at others reviews and I genuinely don't believe they have had real Spanish food. This is by far the worst food I have eaten in my life. The papa rellena was cold and had maybe a table spoon of meat mind you its a softball size. Also had no taste no seasoning. I also got Flan and if you know that think is sweet and smooth and rich the one I received was dry and literally no caramel. The steak sandwich I got was also very dry the steak itself was cooked very well no flavor or juices im not quite sure if this food is fresh to be frank with you. I don't recommend this to anyone thinking they will get real authentic Cuban food because this isnt it at all. I'd recommend you try out LA bodeguita in Burton there you will have real food and you can taste the difference even smell it.

Grew up eating this food, always on point, some of it is better than my moms ngl.. I love that we have Cuban food here, finally have some diverse Hispanic food here other than Tex-Mex and taco trucks
Edit: I wish their menu explained everything in their dishes, I have food allergies and found grilled Salmon in my crazy tray, first time I’ve been a little disappointed in this place, all the food looked and smelled great. But I couldn’t eat it unfortunately.

Great little Cuban place. We stopped on a whim and are very glad we did. We will be going back, despite it being an hour away. The Cubano sandwich was great. The Café con Leche was hot and tasted just right. The Tres Leche cake was a great way to end the meal.

The best Cuban food I've had rivaling some great restaurants in Miami. The fried pork chunks dinner was wonderful, the Chorizo Crochets were great, and my wife loved her Cuban sandwich as well, taking half of it home. Everyone was friendly, quick, and we will absolutely be back.

This is literally the best Cuban food I've ever had. The Cuban sandwich is amazing. It's well spiced, the meat is beyond tender, and the ingredients are all fresh. Anyone complaining on here are literally insane or have no idea what Cuban food is. This has got to be one of the best restaurants in Flint, hands down!
