This Place Has Fell Off Bad... I'm Here Now And The Place Is Literally Empty... But It's A 30 minute wait because they supposedly have no servers... been the same excuse the last couple times I've came...

I have to say we haven't been to this Olive garden in about 8 years due to our last visit. It was so bad we swore not to go back. We looked at the reviews yesterday and noticed it may have turned around. So we gave it a try and i have to say it was great, our server was so nice and smiling, on top of everything, the food came out so fast and hot.It was prepared perfectly. My daughter got the salary me and my wife got the soup we couldn't Believe the size of the salad my daughter got. We thoroughly enjoyed our boat and will definitely be backWheelchair accessibility: It has spots up front for handicap and is easy to access

I don’t know why they ask if you have any special requests when placing a pickup order, they never honor the request. I simply asked for a side of fresh Parmesan cheese, they highlighted it on the receipt but it wasn’t in the bag. Then they have the audacity to suggest a 22% tip for incorrect orders for food that is overpriced, smaller and smaller portions that aren’t even very good anymore. Disappointed!

Every single person in this restaurant is unbelievably kind, patient, professional, gregarious! The host, servers, even the greeter they had at the door — six separate people we met — were all awesome and an absolute joy to interact with! ? It's such a wonderful place to go out and eat, and we'll be eating here more often! The food is amazing — kudos to the chef! — and the zuppa di toscano (zuppa is soup in Italian, it's made with potatoes, kale, and Italian sausage) is so, so, so good!!~ (It was so good that I had to go home and make more for myself!) Mom had fettuccine alfredo — with chicken, shrimp, and broccoli — and loved it! And I had the chicken tortelloni and loved it, too! The soup and salad were really good, too! And the mints are the perfect end to the meal.Come here to eat, you can't go wrong.Vegetarian options: There's really, really good salad and cheese-stuffed pasta and fettuccine alfredo and — so, so much. You can't go wrong, really. Try the eggplant parmigiana! and the minestrone(?)Parking: Parking to the side of the location. There's plenty of parking. This place is always busy because the food is so good and affordable.Kid-friendliness: There was a baby, kids, and elderly couples here, as well as large groups of families. I came here (27f) with my mother. They have a kid's menu, though I personally would just order normally and give any kids with me some because the portion sizes are so generous they're probably enough for a mom with two small children — we took a lot of leftovers home. If you can get your kids to eat salad, soup, breadsticks, and spaghetti, you're in for a treat! They have a pad you can pay on, order on(?), and it has kid's/party games, too.Wheelchair accessibility: There's someone at the door outside to greet you, and a host inside. Both are kind. I didn't see a pneumatic door-opening button, though.

I went with a rather large group. Even with so many of us, service was great! Food was warm and delicious. I felt like an old lady trying to figure out how to use the tablet at the table to pay, but it's probably much more secure to pay that way than to hand my credit card to waitstaff.

I ordered the chicken parmesan. Pasta was overcooked. Salad had way too many red onions. Ordering online needs to be updated or something because it took entirely too many attempts and refreshing to finely order.
