This used to be a favorite haunt of mine. Anymore there selection of baked items by afternoon is either limited or gone. The same with food selections. How does one run out of soup or a sandwich spread?

Panera, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tasted. But this specific location? Unprofessional customer service. Did not get my order correct, told the employee my order, still tried to give me the wrong one, then simply walked away, turned around and scoffed. I simply told her my order, no joke, and then she scoffed? What? What is this? And took 30 minutes for a BAGEL. A BAGEL. She said they were ready. BUT FOR A BAGEL IT TOOK 30 DANG MINUTES??? WHAT THE FREAK

This is the most ridiculous “sandwich” I have ever received. You can’t even pick this up. Not to mention they forgot my Avocado which was probably half the cost of the sandwich. I can’t even fathom the fact they let this sandwich go out like this, won’t be eating here again. Lazy staff!!!!!

Cause why in the world would you give someone a grilled cheese with salsa verde spread when they ordered a kids grilled cheese? Not like I can give that to my toddler. They did offered to remake it after we were already home with the takeout, but they should 100% have a better way to differentiate between the Kickin’ Grilled Cheese & the Kids.

Went last night and the woman at the speaker was extremely rude. One of the things she said that proved she lacked customer service was when my friend asked what the signature sauce is, she said I don't know and that was it. My friend then asked for that and mayo on the side and recieved neither. When she pulled up to the window, we had Seth, he was very pleasant. We were asked to pull up after we paid and we waited such a long time to be the only vehicle there. Another gentleman finally brought us our food and I said thank you and he just walked away. No, you're welcome, have a good night, no apologize for the wait- nothing. This was the most displeased I have ever been with a panera experience. 2 of the 3 individuals have no business working in customer service.
