Cause why in the world would you give someone a grilled cheese with salsa verde spread when they ordered a kids grilled cheese? Not like I can give that to my toddler. They did offered to remake it after we were already home with the takeout, but they should 100% have a better way to differentiate between the Kickin’ Grilled Cheese & the Kids.

Went last night and the woman at the speaker was extremely rude. One of the things she said that proved she lacked customer service was when my friend asked what the signature sauce is, she said I don't know and that was it. My friend then asked for that and mayo on the side and recieved neither. When she pulled up to the window, we had Seth, he was very pleasant. We were asked to pull up after we paid and we waited such a long time to be the only vehicle there. Another gentleman finally brought us our food and I said thank you and he just walked away. No, you're welcome, have a good night, no apologize for the wait- nothing. This was the most displeased I have ever been with a panera experience. 2 of the 3 individuals have no business working in customer service.

Won't be back hardly had any bagels. I purchased one sat down waited over ten minutes for them to tell me the last bagel was sold thru the drive thru

The worst, they ripped the bread off without slicing it nicely and sloppy sandwiches, horrible, who hired stupid people ?will not be back on miller rd.

I Belong to the sip club. I used the drive through to get an iced tea. Everything went smoothly and the tea was brewed perfectly, and got it promptly with friendly server.
Chicken is undercooked.
