My experience was horrible , food was horrible the service was unacceptable & the manager was very rude . I ordered 40$ worth of food & was treated very poorly when I called the job

Went here a couple of nights ago and ordered a fish&chip dinner, wing dinner & rib dinner paid almost 50 dollars get home and my fish & chip was more like fish jerky and cardboard mfrs need new cooks not going here ever again and this is why businesses close because poor customer service

They can’t even get a simple order correct. Only person in the drive through and they can’t figure out 2 items to put in the bag that I ordered. Done with this place this was the last time.

I was passing thru and stopped at Papa's drive thru because nothing much was open. Everything was absolutely delicious and the young lady that took my order was so nice. Thank you. I see why there was a line. 🔥

i went and spend over 30 something dollar and it wasn’t worth it at all mu food wasn’t fresh burger undercooked chicken was redropped and only had 4 pieces

I came here my cheat meal of coneys and fries and left with hair in my food. The fries to be exact. Requested a refund for the fries only because at that point gross and my appetite was ruined. The owner came to the window only offered replacement fries and proceeded to argue with myself about it was an accident and no one put hair in the food on purpose. I never said anyone did anything on purpose. I just wasn't going to eat the fries or anything else from the establishment. He threw four dollars which was for only the order of fries we had two. So he stole our money for the other fry. Beware of hair in your food here. Don't worry I won't eat here again.
