Do not go here. Stopped for a late night dinner while on the road. The lady that took our order was very confused (we ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals...so nothing fancy) and asked us to repeat it several times. The order was $28! Once we got to the window, she handed us 3 of the smallest drinks ever and the soda was out, so it was flat. We brought it up to her and she was angry with us. She responded by handing us 2 lemonades, which we didn't order. She then said their soda was out. I asked for a refund for the drinks and she handed us $3. We finally just took what they gave us and left but we should have given the food back and asked for our money back. Honestly we were nervous to eat it. So sad this cost nearly $30 and had to deal with such horrible customer service

The food is to my satisfaction. The real issue is with the staff not being accurate on the order. If you order a large mashed patato, it's only 1/2 full. They will not check their work and make a mistake nearly every time. This is why I have avoided this place to one time a year or less. I return with high hopes, but get disappointed again. Maybe that's my fault to believe the crew will actually do a better job.

Our sandwiches were great…. However nothing else was. They didn’t have any ketchup…. How do you not have ketchup when you serve fries??? The place is filthy….we were only ones inside eating and all the tables were dirty. The floor had large puddles of water everywhere and no rugs/matts or anyone mopping it up. The bathroom was disgusting. I think my dirty hands were cleaner than the bathroom itself. Not sure if they have anyone plowing the parking lot…ice and snow everywhere (yet neighbors on both sides looked plowed).
We won’t be coming back.

I work for a food delivery service as a side job and today I accepted two orders at Popeyes on Miller road. I arrived at 11:30 and found that the door was locked. I pulled through the drive-thru and the young man working told me they weren't open until noon, despite the fact that the door said they opened at 10:00 a.m. . I waited at least an hour to get the two orders they kept telling me they didn't have the shrimp done yet or they didn't have the french fries done yet. When I went back to the drive-thru window the young man was working on the order he could not have moved any slower if he had tried then he bagged up the food and stood there talking to his friends holding the bags until the young man doing the drive-thru told him to hand me the food. The restaurant looked disgustingly dirty I could see the garbage from the drive-up window and clearly has not been dumped recently because it was overflowing and on the floor. I would not recommend eating here. Numerous people pulled in while I was waiting for the orders only to discover they were not open until noon.
This place is absolutely disgusting. The inside is gross and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, there were workers taking turns going in and out going into a black charger in the parking lot then walking back into the kitchen, the food is freezing cold, and they literally threw the fries in a bag and handed it us. This place needs to be shut down.

I ordered a 4 piece got home only 2 pieces in the box and no biscuit. I attempted to call the location on Miller Rd and received a recorded message, and then it hung up. Very disappointing. The person taking the order was very helpful.
Dear owner, that is a very lackluster reply. I didn't get what I paid for and you offer no resolution. So, tell me, why would I come back?

This would be a great place for somebody to open up a chicken restaurant. I have to say that this is one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. And they're consistently bad. I don't go here hardly ever because I know that it's going to be a 15-minute wait that's if nobody is in front of me. If somebody is in front of me I'm looking at more than 15 minutes. The food's not bad but it's not worth the wait. There's a Lee's Chicken opening up down the street. I have a feeling that's going to be the nail in the coffin for this place
