I'm running uber have been sitting in drive-thru for 30 minutes now. Have witnessed 6 employees at least standing at the backdoor smoking inside the building. It's literally taking 10 to 15 minutes for car at the window

It is ridiculous how yall treat our community. We work hard for our money and there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON we have to be treated with long slow lines, having to wait in the parking lot after we've been in line for 25 minutes waiting to order then you pull us around for another 10 minutes. Then, to make it worse, I order online just to pull up to the whole outside of the building, smelling like something is burning. After waiting on the inside for 15 minutes just to place an order (not yet getting my food prepared), there's 5 people waiting for their orders. I finally get my food, take it home to eat it, and it has been fried in burned grease, and it's so bitter that we can't eat it. Do better or shut it down.

Me and my wife when thru drive thru and order a family meal and we paid extra for their signature Mac and cheese and they don't have us for what we paid and it was burn everything else was okay at least it wasn't as bad as last time when they have us rocks instead of biscuits and old chicken

I made an order through Doordash for a 12 piece boneless chicken meal. Upon receiving my order, I found the wings were not boneless, not the flavors I ordered, and were room temperature. In addition, the pops were flat. I had coleslaw for a side: they sent me beans and rice instead. They company won't answer their phones. Also, I ordered my roommate a 2 piece and they sent her the wrong kind of chicken. This business location has no moral code of conduct and simply is doing whatever they want.

The place was a Dump I expected more from Michigan ,I live in Utah the food is bland, the kitchen was absolutely a mess, our orders were wrong when we returned to hotel,an the trash was all over the ground we had to step over it,

Terrible! They should honor online orders through the drive-thru! It says right on the app you can get your order through the drive-thru! It feels unsafe on the inside! I ended up complaining to corporate and got my order refunded the inside was a terrible mad house! Waste of time bc I drove a long ways to get here!

Just left today,ordered the 12 piece bundle( suppose to come with 2 sides,i chose fries( was out of mash potatoes) and red beans and rice)waited in drive thru for at least 14mins,then once I pulled up to pay,told to go in parking lot to wait.waited another almost 15,went inside,was informed will bring it out.Got my stuff,got home,and no beans and rice inside??♀️?
