As a customer I should not have to ask for a cup which I had to get myself. I also shouldn’t have to ask for a bag for my food. Do better and learn what customer service is, thank you!

If I could zero stars I would. First off, the person taking the orders at the drive through had no idea what they were doing! I had to repeat my order 3 times. When I got to the window, I again had to tell them the topping I wanted on my sandwich. The person closed the window before I could finish. I didn’t get the toppings that I wanted. To make it worse, they put mayo on my sandwich which I am allergic to so I had to throw my sandwich in the trash! I will never be back again! I paid over $15 for food that I threw in the trash!

My job orders from here almost weakly and I have no idea why. One of the orders are always messed up and some of the employees have bad attitudes. Got a veggie sandwich today and it was so skimpy I should have just ordered some bread

Arrived at 8:12 pm on a Tuesday night and the front door was locked shut. Posted hours say open until 9pm. Don’t post hours if you can’t keep them.
Went there orderd online was told when i arrived they didnt have everything for my sub idk why they didnt call since it was placed ahead of time thenlady told me pick a different sub but then just made me the sub i orderd with the stuff missing. i do not recommend this place UPDATED: the store the next day fixed my order and gave me another sandwich i would like to thank tonya and Sheryl for helping me get this fixed and making me want to return again its kind people like them who arent rude that make this place great just great workers with great attitudes nothing like i dealt with the night before thank you so much

This was my second time at potbelly and first at this location. I got greeted upon arrival. The store was really clean and neat. Smelled fresh. I ordered a Turkey and Swiss sandwich on wheat bread. It was delicious. I definitely will be back. Shout out to Envy, Michelle and Nae. Very good service. Michelle thanks for making my sandwich. See yall soon..
