Needs to tighten up on service. Food was a hour wait, it was not hot seeing that we waited an hour. Macaroni was watery, steak bite/potatoe portion very small. Streak over seasoned. Lamb chops and mashed potatoes were great, Refills and Bill were also a long wait.
Love the atmosphere and R&B bingo just would love to see them more timely.
The Mac and cheese was cold. We had a group of twenty people with one waiter and they know we were coming. The greens were so spicy no one could eat them. The service was slow. Big disappointment
I took my family for Mother’s Day, we reserved so we were seated quickly. The staff was very polite and friendly but our food took TWO HOURS to come out to the table. We didn’t get an accommodations for the wait. They just kept telling us it was coming. Even the drinks took awhile to come to the table. Food was good & servers tried their best but two hours is wayyyyy too long to wait.
First time going to prime eight for Mother’s Day this year. We read about it online and said it sounded good. We got there when it opened and was seated right away. We waited 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table to give us water. It was 50 minutes before our waitress took our food order. When we ordered cocktails it took 20 minutes for the drinks to come to our table watered down. Our spinach artichoke dip came out like it had been sitting under a food lamp for an extended amount of time. The meals were “okay” but my biggest issue is that when we paid there was a $33.65 “service charge” on my husband’s debit card. We were not told about this service charge or else we would have went elsewhere. Upon looking at our receipt he was charged $5 extra for his side when we were told it came with the meal. The bill total was $220.58. With a $33.65 service charge. NOT including tip. I have tried calling this restaurant multiple times to speak to the manager and every time it goes to voicemail. I do not recommend this place anyone! That service charge is roughly 15%.
I was here on Saturday and i had to wait over an hour for the food. I was on the road all day and hungry, this catfish here was my first meal. The next morning i woke up with food poisoning.
The food, tasted so good but somehow it messed my stomach up. I havent been ok since.
Shoot outs in the parking lot and killings makes you wonder what type of clientele they host. No thank you.

If you like lead in your water and flying around the room, this is the place for you. But if you’re like me, you should probably stay away.
Meal was DELICIOUS!!!
Got there at 7, ordered appetizers that were never received. The restaurant wasn’t packed at all , ordered food and it took over a hr to get. Customer service sucks, the waitress never came to check on us, overall just a bad experience.

The flavor of the food speaks for itself. The building, plating, or use of plastic doesn't reflect the price of the food, but hear me out. The owner is very friendly and cares deeply about feedback and the quality of food. The hennesy salmon was AMAZING and the broccoli was perfectly roasted. Also best yams I've ever had. Service was super quick, and the dj created a nice lounge atmosphere. I'm giving 5 stars because the food was that good and the customer service was excellent.

Said open online and on their website. Not open 5:00 Monday. No signage on the door, no answer on the phone. No message eirher.
Waitress kept ignoring our table, forgot our drinks, sides, refills, we waited forever for our food and then it was all overcooked and dry. The rice tasted bad. How?!
