Service SUCKS! Just cause you can open a restaurant doesnt mean you need to. If you're not related to a worker or the owner, you get completely ignored and I had to call a waitress over to order. Waited over 2 hours for my food while watching others who came after me order and get their food. I had to walk out and go across the street to. Red Lobster and got excellent service immediately. SIDENOTE: THEY HAVE SALT AND PEPPER PACKETS! HOW ARE YOU A UPSCALE STEAK RESTAURANT, BUT YOU DONT HAVE S&P SHAKERS SMH

Iâm really disappointed with my experience at Prime 810. I placed a pickup order shortly after they opened and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes twice. I arrived around 1:20 PM, but due to issues with their POS system, my card kept getting declined even though it was working everywhere else. The cashier eventually tried a handheld device, which seemed to charge me more than expected. My bank shows a $30 charge, but I still donât know where the extra amount came from. I contacted the owner , Despite being told multiple times that the food would be ready soon, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a simple pickup order. I contacted the owner to clarify the charge and the delay, instead of being understanding or just referring me to the manager, his tone was rude and dismissive. When someone is trying to resolve a concern without disputing a charge, the bare minimum should be respectful communication. The food quality also didnât match the price or the wait. After the interaction with the owner I decided to cancel the order, and although they issued a $25 refund, it didnât match the $30 I was charged. Overall, the service, communication, and food quality were extremely disappointing. I truly want to support local businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult. Respect, transparency, and customer service go a long way, and unfortunately I didnât receive that here.

My husband and I was there for birthday last Saturday. Place is beautiful on inside. We were seated right away, given menu right away with water, ordered right away, take long for our food, food was good, staff was friendly, music was great, they had a Dj. We will be back. We live in Mt. Clemens

First time going would not recommend any one to go there. Took about 45 minutes for a server to come to our table that we had to call over. Ordered drinks about time we got them they were watery. Order a water never got it. Called the server over and asked about the water and still never got it. Overall jus a bad experience would never go back

Absolutely TERRIBLE. It smells like sewer. They opened at 1 we get here about an hour later with nearly an empty restaurant and still had to wait an hour for food. We were told they were out of broccoli and greens after just an hour of opening. Me and another person got yams. My yams were fresh and brightly colored. The other persons looked old and darker. Our waitress never checked on us in between meal times. Had to ask 3 times for water. We complained about the yams and was told âokayâ and our waitress rudely walked off and that was that. No sorry, can we substitute , anything. Unprofessional service and inconsistency in food.
And gratuity is included even with terrible service.

This was my first time to this establishment and I must say a time was had!!!! We came from Saginaw to celebrate my brother's birthday and we had a ball!!!! Warm welcome coming in the door, seated in a very timely matter, customer service and food was off the chain!!!! If you are looking for a place to chill, eat some good food, enjoy an amazing vibe, and have a rootin tootin good time, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! The owner is super dope!!!! DEFINITELY will be back!!!!

Needs to tighten up on service. Food was a hour wait, it was not hot seeing that we waited an hour. Macaroni was watery, steak bite/potatoe portion very small. Streak over seasoned. Lamb chops and mashed potatoes were great, Refills and Bill were also a long wait. Love the atmosphere and R&B bingo just would love to see them more timely.

The Mac and cheese was cold. We had a group of twenty people with one waiter and they know we were coming. The greens were so spicy no one could eat them. The service was slow. Big disappointment
