First, they made my online order wrong, after I placed a $60 order, everything I got was messed up or made very poorly. I wrote a complaint and was given 2 free entrees. A week later I decide to give them another shot, what are the chances of getting 2 bad experiences, this time I go in an order to avoid any mixups, they decide to mix it up anyway. After standing there watching them make a beautiful brisket quesadilla, i pay then finish running my errands and by the time I get home, i discover they didn't even give me the quesadilla I watched them make!!! At this point the store would be closed before i could drive 30 minutes back. I submitted another complaint online, which i get a response 2 days later that I need to return the food to the location and there is nothing they will do.Apparently when your order is screwed up now, you have to hang on to the old food for days and return it. Completely done with this location. Chipotle is down the road, maybe they will at least give me my order.

My food was good, just some painfully slow service.
I stop here for takeout about twice a week on average. Great customer service, healthful meals (I usually get a veggie bowl) and the food prep people are super efficient even when it’s really busy.

Was at this location at 1:00. No one waited on me, i was the only one waiting. Plenty of workers including 2 employees sitting at a table, i believe were management having a meeting. No one noticed i walked out after 5 minutes.
