3pm on a Saturday, the staff was very nice but the food prep area was a disaster. There was mixed food in all tubs. After ordering there was nice young man struggling to work alone with a line of about 8 people waiting. There were 2 other employees but they disappeared. The soda machine was out of syrup except for root beer. The food was not fresh, tortilla was soggy. When leaving, we saw the employees who disappeared, they were in the back outside dancing around. Strange! To date, this is the worst Qdoba I've visited.

We went here after a night of bowling just expecting normal service. We walked in and were greeted by Robert. He was smiling and was a really cool guy. He was quick and attentive to what we wanted. He deserves a big raise!!! Thank you Robert we appreciate you bro.

Ordered online and food was supposed to be done at 5:15-5:25 we arrived around 5:40 and our food was not ready. We had to keep waiting while they made food for other customers that just walked in before they made our order. We got our food at 6:10 Terrible service.
The food was great, even though we could not get steak or chicken, my 2 meals were outstanding!!! Would have received 5 stars if we could have gotten chicken and steak..

Filthy bathrooms with no soap and a big dip in quality at this location. The rice was undercooked and barely flavored (cilantro lime?) and servers asking for your choice multiple times and still getting it wrong (adding sour cream instead of guac, not giving a cup when asked). Disappointing.
