Staff made mistakes in making my order and had attitudes about it. Upsized items when I ordered regular ones. Claimed they hadn't had banana shakes "since forever"... Made me pull around and enter the wrong way on the other side of the building to get my order.

If she’s a manager she’s a very great one. 1.24.25 I had really bad experience my order very incomplete after spending over 30 bucks . 1.25.25 Without hesitation she listened to my concern she made me aware of her apologies for my experience and she made a very bad experience become great. With people like her customers feel appreciated. She’s very respectful and polite . When she’s there food is correct and food is fresh . I truely appreciate the young women for great customer service

Hot chicken only fresh item Rally burger old and cold as if warmer in store doesn't work all condiments withered from heat bun hard and crunchy like chips fries greazy as hell. YALL WRONG AND ITS SAD IM SURE THE OWNER MEANS WELL

My food was prepared incorrectly. I asked for my sandwiches with no mustard, and they both were drenched in mustard. Which for me made them garbage. I tried to call back and complain, but no one answered the phone. So I just wasted my money. Luckily, the sandwiches were buy one get one free. So I lost $8 instead of $16. The pie, on the other hand, was delicious.
Here we go again!!! I ordered from Rallys on 5th Ave again on 12/30. This time, it was a delivery to my place of business. And they forgot 3 items from this order. The employees here really need to be retrained. It only takes a minute to d I able check an order. Rallys has failed me twice within 2 weeks. It's time to stop ordering from this restaurant!!!

Imagine being at Hurley hospital all day in labor with your girlfriend. Starving and no sleep, relying on this place for some food at 2 am only to get to the speaker to hear they're trying to close early. Beyond a let down. Sick of constantly being failed by Checkers/Rallies

Every time I go there, it’s something.
The systems are down was the excuse they’ve provided my last three visits. Each of those visits months apart.
You’ll sit at the speaker anywhere from 5-10 mins before they’ll even acknowledge you.
No matter the shift, the employees are always short, and rude.
Actually the worst rally’s I’ve ever been to. The people there are absolutely terrible, and incompetent.
I hate leaving reviews like this, but it’s hands down the worst spot in town to go.
