This used to be the TO GO place back in the late 90ss and early 2,000s now located in a virtual war zone! They need to relocate to Miller Rd or somewhere else...far from this location.

Today was the best customer service experience my family and I had in a very longtime. The waiter Robert provide excellent customer service from the beginning until the end. He took great care of us. The food was delicious! Cook to perfection and scrumptious. We really appreciate tiday and what Red Lobster did for us restoring our faith in customer service seeing that it still does exist.

The food and drinks never disappoint. I was a little annoyed that we could not place our order for pick up because it was over $100 (or $150? I dont remember what their pick up order limit was). That's my only complaint.

Came in and was told it would be a 10min wait, we decided to go to bar for a drink and ended up eating there too. Our Bartender Shakia suggested 2 great drink choices and made sure we had everything we need with our food we didn't have to ask for nothing, along with fresh biscuits. Excellent Job to Shakia, we'll definitely be back, everything was excellent.

Our first time here and we were quite disappointed. Atmosphere was dark and di gy. Our table was wobbly, sticky, and crumbs all around. Service was fairly quick. However, we were never given our bisquits that we were told he was going to go get. Our server was okay, not very engaging, nor did he check how things were. We waited too long for our bill... and the place was nearly empty! We won't be back, to say the least.

It took us 15 minutes to get waited on when the woman finally got there she dropped off menus and ask about drinks then left We looked at our silverware and it was dirty still had food on it. When she returned I showed her the silverware and ask for new she said she would get it .We ordered our food and waited another 15 minutes for our meals to arrive and at that time our waitress still hadn't gotten new silverware for me so I couldn't locate her so I walked to the check in booth at the front door and got my own silverware and went back and ate my meal. Our waitress didn't check in on us 1 time to see if we needed anything or wanted anything. Needless to say she got what she deserved for a tip it was the only time in all my life that I gave a waitress Nothing.

Words can not accurately explain the type of drama I just had to deal with to get a dinner with friends… we had 7 o’clock reservations and didn’t leave until they closed because they were extremely slow in every aspect of what you expect from red lobster… it took 30 min just for a waiter to get to our table and this place was not busy at all. We then waited another 45 min to a hour just to get drinks. We had to ask the manager and eventual we got ours a hour later.. finally we got to order and got our food which was ok but the service was beyond terrible… our server never came back to see if we needed more drinks and once it was time to pay our bill she messed the bill up 5 times and it got to the point we waited another 45 min or so just for her to fix it.. it was rediculous nobody should ever have to put up with this.. you know who we are red lobster we were the last table tonight. You got lucky we paid at all because we should have just walked out and not. It didn’t seem you ever cared to get our money. What was your waitress doing in the back? She just constantly disappeared for 30-40 minutes at a time. We had to fend for ourselves.. this was the first time in 18 years I have been at that location, use to come all the time before that and loved it but now it’s a disaster.. I will never be back to that location. I suggest you fix your problem or you won’t have a business left. That’s all I got to say.
