I ordered it on door dash and they only delivered half my order and when I called to tell them they knew they only put in half the order, the service sucked and the food was horrible

The food was very good. The service left a little to be desired. My wife’s drink from the bar was very slow in coming. They kept saying the bartender had to leave. Waiter and manager were friendly but they kept switching up on who was taking care of us. Just confusing.
But as stated above, the food was delicious and we weren’t in a hurry, so it all worked out well.

Our waitress was great five stars. The hostesses were three young ladies who would rather stand around talking to one another, complaining about busing tables. They were in no hurry to seat customers. One star.

So bad. Service super slow. No communication and barely talked to from our server. People next to us left because they were not being helped. Place was not busy. I had to go to the bar area and get my husband and I’s drinks because no one brought them. My husband didn’t receive half his food. Then we were told they couldn’t bring the Mac and cheese because it wasn’t made. When I finally received my lobster tails after an hour. They were cold and no butter and no lemon. Wtf. I gave my husband my brocolli so he could get full. Our bill was 158.00 plus tip. Bathrooms gross. Barely any toilet paper and toilet paper stuck to the floor. This is super sad as I grew up loving this place. I made my husband bring me back to my roots and I was pumped! Now super disappointed. We are ordering pizza. Still hungry. 😞

Valentine's day, It took over an hour from the time our order was taken to get our meals. The dining room was just over half full, while the lobby was packed. When our food arrived it was luke warm. I had Shrimp Alfredo and it was luke warm on the inside. The manager came over and said she'd take over from here. Fresh fried shrimp for my partner and nuked shrimp Alfredo for me. The sauce separated and got sticky and the kitchen added more sauce on top. Never got the dinner salad. The whole dinning room was po'd from the service. Never again. FYI; that's twice in a row with Luke warm food.
