Thursday early afternoon. We were seated promptly, and our server Troy was at our table in less than 2 minutes after being sat. He told us all about food and drink specials, and had incredible recommendations. 160$, entrees for all + 3 appetizers so i would say fair pricing. I never write reviews but our server Troy was the most incredible server I have ever had anywhere, my drink never got more than 1/4 empty before he came by with refills. Regularly checked up on us, and gave us time to pick off the appetizers before putting in our food. Being a server myself I wouldn’t ever write a review about poor service because everybody has bad days, but I would never have to if he was my server! We don’t typically eat here but after his outstanding service we will certainly be back and requesting him!

Had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Empty tables everywhere. Then unsure if our waitress Lynn (sp?) was having a bad day but her service was sub par. She brought menus and took drink orders then disappeared for 15 minutes, dropped off water then said she would be back with the bread. It was 30 minutes before we put any food in our mouths. Almost walked out. No apology from her no smile no nothing. This was a Sunday evening, not busy at all. When the food arrived our baked potato was cold. The rest of the food was ok. Only reason we stuck it out is we had a gift card and live up north so we dont have many opportunities to go there. Should have gone to Ann Arbor's or Saginaw's instead... Will not be going to the Flint location again.

My husband and I went to this Red Lobster for our 35th wedding anniversary and had a terrible dinner experience. I shared the information of our anniversary with the front desk hostess. After a 45 minute wait the hostess called us and even after seeing my husband with a cane proceeded to tell us, "I hope you're ready for a walk because I'm taking you to a table all the way ro the other side of the restaurant." As we passed a dozen of empty tables we were seated at a table next to a very large group with about 6 or 7 loud and rude children, one screaming that his mother farted and another shrieking. My husband ordered the crab and asked for the garlic butter thinking it would be on the side, it was placed on the crab, making cracking the crab extremely difficult, that is a terrible way to serve crab! The only positive was our server was very nice. But other than that we did not have a good experience at all. I felt as if we were in a Chuck E Cheese with high dollar prices. We regret going there for our anniversary.

Service was horrible the waitress had a attitude dint greet us rush us to oder our food then when she brought out our food dint it gave us no silverware to eat with and she avoided our table ask her twice for our silverware totally ignored us had to ask another water that was walking by and by the time we finally got silverware our food was cold I never had such a bad experience in my life eating at a restaurant no wonder they are closed most of these restaurants

I wish I could 5* our waitress; she was fantastic. Now for the not-so-fantastic. Our lobster tails were made of rubber. My wife ordered a filet and was served a sirloin. When we spoke to the manager, "Trish," we were informed that we must not have ever eaten lobster before and that they served it with a knife for that purpose. Sorry to say, Trish, lobster isn't supposed to require a steak knife. Trish then proceeded to tell my wife, who is a graduate from culinary school, that she had a master's degree and we didn't know what we were talking about. We were also served crab legs with no meat. I've seen better crab legs on the local Chinese buffet. This is not a cheap meal for most people; you expect things to be cooked right. Especially items that they make all day long. The atmosphere was great; nobody else was around. That should have been a warning sign. Let's talk about staff! They are why the review has the stars it does. We felt bad for them; they are working for tips, yet management is chasing customers away daily. Look at the other reviews for more information on that. We got the feeling that the staff felt the same way, just looking at them. Do better, corporate! Trish has done nothing positive for this location. Maybe Trish's manager at corporate, Matt, will do something. This neighborhood has families that need these jobs!
