Ally, our server today, was so genuine and so very pleasant to interact with. Above and beyond helpful and made our visit with our grandson a nice lunch date. Ally, thank you, for all the small 'touches' you made for us these were much appreciated.
As a regular customer, I was very disappointed to come in yesterday afternoon and discover you’ve changed the meat you use in your burgers. I’ve ordered the same burger every time I visit for years. Whatever I was served yesterday was a cheap fast food patty with hard little bits in it. I also ordered the new “twisted mozzarella sticks” and got a basket of Gordon’s mozzarella sticks. If this is the quality that Red Robin is gonna throw out, I will not be returning.

Ally was a great waitress, the best we have ever encountered. She made my birthday dinner so special. Please don't let her go anywhere. We will be back because of her. The hostess was very rude when we entered and should not be welcoming guests. His name was Connor. We almost turned around and went somewhere else. The manager Susie took care of our problem immediately. We appreciate her kindness and service skills. We will be back. Thank you
