I came in and placed an order after being ignored at Chili's today and was treated so well by your staff. The burger was hot juicy and delicious the fries were amazing and the food was cooked so quickly. You guys were way busier than next door as well and completely destroyed the competition. Keep up the good work. I will be back. You won yourself a loyal customer today. Thank you!

UPDATE:
Red Robin did send coupon and I will order the delicious Freekled Strawberry Lemonade.
Paid for Strawberry Freckle Lemonade and didn't get it when order was picked up. Family member went back to get it and got a sprite with lemons and raspberries. Called and spoke with a manager and she promised to send a $15 coupon to use for next purchase. I'm still waiting on it. So once I receive it I will order something otherwise I will not be ordering from Red Robin anymore.

Wasn't real fond of the Onion ring tower. Tough to chew the onions on the inside and dark on the outside. The burger wasn't much better than your regular quarter pounder from McDonald's just double the price. It was overcooked. It was supposed to be medium. Our first batch of fries were cold. Not gonna rush to get back thats for sure.

Had the Mushroom Swiss burger. It was great! The fries were all you can eat. The server was very friendly and attenditive.
Parking: Right off Miller Road. Handi-cap parking is non-existent. Too far to walk to the front door. O am handicapped and have a difficult time walking. Inside is kinda difficult to maneuver around, too far from front door. If you are handi-capped, might want to avoid this place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking , no spaces, inside hard to maneuver around.

Came here yesterday with a friend who has NEVER been to a Red Robin.
Right from the beginning , the service was terrible. The waitress Amber T was rude and seemed put off that she had to wait on us. (There were 2 waitresses and they each had roughly 3 tables to deal with- not busy at all) When my friend asked a question about the sides, the waitress told her to turn over the menu and look at the bottom of it rather than to verbally discuss the sides with her. ( they have different up charges for each side ) We had asked for our side salads to come before the sandwich and we had to ask again as it was clear she was not going to bring it before our sandwich. She walked by our table several times with my empty water glass on the edge of the table as we were still eating. She did nothing.
I had to try to grab her attention across the room by holding up my water glass to show her I needed water and she looked right through me and did not acknowledge me at all. She wandered around for a few
minutes not helping anyone before she finally walked over with my water.
Won’t return! Definitely won’t waste my credit card rewards getting gift cards with this restaurant!
Parking: Lots of parking at the Opposite end of the entrance! Really terrible layout.

First off its Saturday evening and this place is busy to say the least. Ally (our server / bartender) was amazing! Some of the best service we have had in quite a while! The food was delicious. Actually better than I had anticipated. We will definitely come back again.

Overall, everything was fantastic. Our family loves the consistency—the food is always high quality, and the service is excellent. We've been regulars for a while now. My mother sometimes finds the background crowd noise bothersome, but I reminded her it's busy because others love it too!

Hot take out, was not good. Fries where cold, burger was not hot. Mid grade flavor and quality at best. It has been probably 3 years since I have been her. It will probably be manyore before I return. They like so many other places, raised prices and dropped quality. Burgers used to be fresh tasting , juicy and good,. Now they look a d taste like pre paddy frozen burgers you buy at the store.

April is a Wonderful server. Only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. We went here on a slow empty Wednesday night and food took forever. Chicken sandwich coating was good. I was excited to eat it and the chicken was tough. I couldn’t bite it. I cut it with the knife only to find it pink and undercooked. Informed the manager for her to respond some of our chicken is tough and cause it’s fried we can’t tell it’s undercooked. Very poor response. Our server at least apologized. I’m never going back. It’s like the Flint location doesn’t care. I visited one at the mall in Grand Rapids way better atmosphere and vibe. Food and service was great!
