We were a party of 4. The food was great, the atmosphere was great. The lady that just took our order and that's all she did the whole time we were there. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I think her name was Haylee. 1st our food came. I had broccoli with my burger. My husband had coleslaw with his ribs. We were not given any silverware. I guess she thought we would just use our fingers for the broccoli and cole slaw. 2nd we got no napkins at all. Mind you juicy burgers and ribs! 3rd she never asked us how our food was. 4th no refills on my son in laws coke. 5th 3 of us ordered cocktails we wanted another round, didn't happen. 6th my son in law had bottom less fries, which she never refilled. Thank goodness for a waiter named Joseph. He came right over and brought us sliver ware, napkins and a round of fries for all of us. Even removed some of our dirty dishes. He did more for us than she did. He received a tip. Oh and the manager got my son in law a refill on his coke. She did finally come over to our table to give us our bill. Then decided to ask us all the questions she should of asked from the start. We were having trouble with the kiosk at our table to pay the bill. Here comes Joseph again to help us with that. He definitely knows how to take care of his guest. He did a outstanding job!

I am giving this location a two star review solely based on the fact that I have eaten here three times over the last year and a half and they STILL DONT HAVE ENOUGH SILVERWARE!! WHY IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE? Is this a eat it with your hands place? Technically yes of course, however some appetizers do need at least a fork. Keep in mind it was not busy at all. I don't eat out very often but when I do I at least should be able to get silverware for my table that isn't plastic for a sit down establishment. I genuinely don't know if corporate doesn't want to invest in forks or what but it seems like a oversight. The staff was wonderful except for the fact they disappeared when we were waiting for a bill, we ended up just doing the thing at the table but still it was odd.

I came into the miller road red robin flint mi location for the very first time and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by a woman that had so much great energy and the biggest smile. It was very welcoming, I never had to ask for anything, her service was amazing and I felt very calm and welcomed in the atmosphere... Thanks again Mrs. Jenn, I will definitely be coming back to red robin to eat again...

I cant say enough. Went with a party of 10 after a funeral Saturday and every person raved about their food! Waitress was great also. I already want those garlic fries again!

The waitress couldn't careless that she was not very helpful it took almost 25 minutes to get drained getting a refill with like pulling teeth and then took forever to take her order and then it took forever to get the food
