I came into the miller road red robin flint mi location for the very first time and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by a woman that had so much great energy and the biggest smile. It was very welcoming, I never had to ask for anything, her service was amazing and I felt very calm and welcomed in the atmosphere... Thanks again Mrs. Jenn, I will definitely be coming back to red robin to eat again...

I cant say enough. Went with a party of 10 after a funeral Saturday and every person raved about their food! Waitress was great also. I already want those garlic fries again!

The waitress couldn't careless that she was not very helpful it took almost 25 minutes to get drained getting a refill with like pulling teeth and then took forever to take her order and then it took forever to get the food

My family and I come here often, and it’s always such a great experience! The service is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Our favorite server Ally is absolutely amazing. She always takes great care of us. The manager Rome is wonderful too and always makes us feel valued. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the people!

Worst dinner in a while.
Got seated, they were busy, so it took 10 minutes before seeing our server for 1st contact. While this is happening other groups are being seated amd getting near immediate service. No worries. Drinks arrive, order placed at same time. 30 minutes pass and now tables that were seated after us are getting food. Manager comes over and apologizes as the server forgot to submit our order and was too upset to tell us (her words).....another 30 minutes until food arrives. By now, most people seated after us have had dinner, paid and left. They discounted our ticket, but what we never got was an apology.
Red Robin Flint, I do wish you good luck, but think you will need to acquire better skills to survive.
Not again...better places in every direction.
