Service was very good, attentive, and polite. Of two dishes I'd give 85% overall. Steak was asked medium rare, it was slightly above and a bit too seasoned. Potatoes were dry unfortunately but good flavor. Mushroom tortellini spot on. Wine by the glass a bit overpriced but you'll get that. Overall I'd go again and recommend.
I have dined there before and service was ok. The food and the ambiance is fantastic. This time it was my daughter's 21st birthday. This was a milestone birthday and she picked this restaurant as she loves Italian and has never been there. Sadly service was lack luster. The service has never been extraordinary but I thought with it being her 21st birthday we would see something. The waiter really didn't say much about her birthday. The restaurant was slow. I asked why the candle holder didn't have a candle he said I was suppose to do that, but forgot, and didn't seem to go and add candles to the table. The restaurant doesn't do anything for a birthday or most likely any type of celebration. Certainly won't be going there to celebrate ever again.
Very small crowd and only one server when we went on a Sunday evening. Vestibule doors were kept open so there was a draft. This is a restaurant connected to the hotel. Good food and generous portions. Prices were high like everything is these days but the desserts seemed inappropriately high for what you get. Really no complaints but I wouldn't drive over a half hour just to go there again.
Sauce doesn't disappoint! Excellent pasta dishes, great desserts, and friendly service! A perfect place for a nice meal before a show, or for a special occasion. The staff handles crowds well, as does the kitchen. Food and service on point!
The service was so slow. The restaurant wasn't that busy, maybe half full, and it took well over 15 minutes each time we ordered a drink. Our appetizer never arrived. The server was rude and condescending when a friend said that she was brought the wrong drink. Our server insisted it was correct but offer to bring her a new one. The new one was also wrong and it was on the bill as the wrong drink. So rather than admit she rang in the wrong drink, the server tried to gaslight us. The food was average but not enough to overcome the slow service. We won't be going back.
The Salmon dinner is amazing, highly recommend! The interior design is stunning. They need more staff to better serve clients, as they're short staffed.
Drinks were delicious and the vibes here were good on a June summer ☀️ day.
The reservation was good, staff was friendly, but the Mother's Day buffet was very poor on selection, options and majority of the breakfast items were cold. For the cost per person it definitely was not worth it. But the atmosphere and service was great.
Single server the Sunday evening we went. She wasn't having a great day. Food came lukewarm. My dad sent his back. Salads were decent, we split two salads and they put them on separate plates which was nice. Desserts were good. The cannoli were filled fresh to order and were very good. Hotel restaurant ambience. Fairly plain to start with. Lot of hard surfaces so would be loud when busy. Roof top bar Simmer sounds interesting but wasn't yet open for season.
Our server was absolutely wonderful despite handling several tables. The food was delicious and they had a good selection. We had a super fun time!

Sauce is always excellent when I go. It's a great place for date night. My last visit was a little off, not in a bad way, but kind of off none the less. I just wasn't expecting a live performer, it kind of threw off the conversation on my date. Lol But, they're a phenomenal establishment. Definitely recommend.
My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine's Day and loved it! It's one of our new favorite places. The food was great and we loved the atmosphere. There was even live music.
First time at sauce for Valentine's Day! Great setting with a lively atmosphere! Staff while very busy were very accommodating and extremely pleasant! Calamari was excellent! Had a band for the evening that was fantastic!! Will definitely go again!!
Excellent event, the vibes were immaculate! The food was really good, my first time at the restaurant, and the service was great
We went to this restaurant before a show. I waited 30 minutes before I even had a drink. An hour and a half for food. This is not a huge place. My sister ordered a Diet Coke which we waited 40 minutes for. The food came and for the price per plate there was no fresh or even bottled Parmesan offered. The food was mid and not worth the price. I don't like to complain but I did and nothing... we would have liked to stay for dessert but the food took so long we would have missed the show.
