Smoothie King was a 1 man show today!! My hat off to the only worker- Que'who did the phone, drive thru and counter..Wow Awesome and he still greeted me with a smile and have a nice day!!!😁 where is the supervisor to witness this young man or help??? GREAT JOB Q!!

The counter was sticky and the napkin dispenser looks like someone threw up on it. The place had a funny smell when I walked in. It definitely is not a clean place.will not go there again.its really a shame cuz it was my first time going there.

Im very disappointed I wasted $15 on two smoothies that I have had before and they weren’t the best smoothie I’ve had but I figured I’d give them another shot and I did, but unfortunately they dropped the ball I went in didn’t get as Little as a we will be with you in a minute and waited 7mins and decided to go to the drive through and the smoothies were horrible!!!! Nothing like the last time and o asked for one to be thick and it was the furthest thing from it

I live close by so this location is convent for me, however my experience today was not good as usually. I went inside to place a order at the counter and I stood there for about 5 mins waiting for someone to greet me to take my order, no one said anything so I left to go thru the drive thru waited in that line to place my order. I bought two smoothies and they was very nasty and melted as if they had been sitting on the counter for a while

Tried Smoothie King for the first time today. I was nervous the drive through line was a little long but I gave it a try. The line moved so fast! 5 cars gone in less than 5 minutes. The young woman working the window was so very friendly and polite. I was very impressed. That kind of service is hard to find. The smoothie was delicious as well. I will definitely be back!

When I went to this smoothie King, I observed some concerns with the workers that took away from the overall atmosphere and service. This was today around 3:30-4pm. The worker Ashely was taking my order while trying to manage the drive-through to the best of her ability. She was kind and professional but clearly not being supported by other staff members. I heard her verbally requesting help with the drive through and the other workers came out from the back. They started to make smoothies and then stopped to giggle at something on their phone multiple times while orders were still coming in. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I wanted to bring this to someone’s attention as I can empathize with how it feels to be unsupported by your coworkers during a rush.
