The staff is always friendly but the barista that always is working at the station closest to the pickup counter is beyond amazing. She always has a smile on her face and is easy to chat with. She always greets me and wishes me a good day. I’ll order my morning drinks from this location because of her although there is one closer to my house.
I’m a frequent flyer at the Burton Starbucks, but seriously, the energy from the baristas today made my day! As customers walked in, they were greeted by name, with smiles and laughter filling the space—it truly felt like a local mom-and-pop shop.
Customer service is everything, and you all are absolutely killing it. Thank you for your hard work, constant smiles, and positive attitudes, even during the busiest morning rush or an afternoon slam. You make every visit enjoyable. Keep up the amazing work, team!
