The staff is always friendly but the barista that always is working at the station closest to the pickup counter is beyond amazing. She always has a smile on her face and is easy to chat with. She always greets me and wishes me a good day. I’ll order my morning drinks from this location because of her although there is one closer to my house.
Tell the girl to give me extra vanilla syrup and I get a coffee with no vanilla syrup at all. won't be coming back

I’m a frequent flyer at the Burton Starbucks, but seriously, the energy from the baristas today made my day! As customers walked in, they were greeted by name, with smiles and laughter filling the space—it truly felt like a local mom-and-pop shop.

My Bacon, Gouda, & Egg ciabatta bread was so hard it tasted stale. I could barely even bite it to it, my dog struggled with eating it due to it being so hard. My Café Mocha was supposed to have mocha drizzle in the cup, whipped cream with mocha drizzle, and an extra shot of espresso. It tastes like regular coffee with a little chocolate powder mixed into it! They screwed my entire order up. I will be going to a different starbucks from now on.
