The WORST customer service and I don’t mean the employees. I made a large order on my lunch break- paid for it- drove all the way there and they wouldn’t let me in! Then a manager was outside and said she’d go in and get it. She comes back out and tells me they didn’t make it and sorry call the Starbucks number. Ummmmm what! This is the third time I’ve made a big order and tried to pick up and they wouldn’t let me in. The store is never opened it’s just bad business.
Never again.. drive 6 miles .. reloaded card ..wait in long line for some condescending snarky girl take her bad attitude out on me.. Not today Not ever again! Numerous issues employees with bad attitude at this Starbucks 😡
Poor customer service 04/11/21
I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members.
However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.
