I visited this Starbucks location on February 19th and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. An employee treated me rudely and informed me that I had only given them two minutes to prepare my order, despite the app showing that I had placed it five minutes prior. I understand that busy moments happen, but a simple, polite response like “it will be just a moment” would have been more appropriate. Instead, I was asked to leave my spot in the drive-thru, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
While I appreciate the hard work of the staff, this interaction seemed like the employee was taking out their frustrations on me, which was unexpected and uncalled for. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little kindness goes a long way, as you never know what someone might be going through.

I just paid $13 for coffee. Stop being stingy with the paper sleeves. I shouldn't have to ask for one and when I do, the Barista shouldn't roll her eyes at me. The cups are hot and burn my hands. That was also the single worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Do better!

I order online in advance , because I do not have time to wait. I got to the store today to pick up order was not ready and not even being worked on. I had to leave without. The app that I ordered on has no way to cancel the order so now I will have to go back and probably argue with a manger about getting credit for my order. This has got to be the worst starbucks ever.
I got a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe and it was a cup of all whip , like cmon seriously, i wish i could post a picture

My wife ordered a tea using the app but didn’t know what the official name of their medicine ball tea was called so she ordered one hoping it was it. When I picked up the order they asked me if that’s what she really wanted or was she wanting the medicine ball which officially is honey citrus mint. Then they remade her tea and offered me both. Amazingly friendly staff. Made our day for sure!

My experience here is normally good but today I got a psl with oat milk and I’m pretty sure there is no pumpkin in my drink it just taste like a bitter ice coffee :( very disappointed hoping it’s a one off experience but with how much my drink cost it’s super disappointing and I’m at work now so I can’t even go back and try and get it fixed
