Every Time I’ve ordered here, the drink is poorly put together. They don’t follow what you order. The drink is always bitter. But if I go to any other Starbucks, the drink is well-put-together and tastes as it should. People shouldn’t work in a field they don’t like. Smh.

I am totally aggrevated! My friend drove us to SB #1. It was closed due to some outage. She then drove to another one 15 miles away. They gave me a watered down Mocha Cookie Venti. It was whip cream, lmost no choc flakes, thin AND had ZERO sweetness. It was a complete waste of my money!!!
I am on a fixed incone and this was supposed to be a treat. More like a trick!!!
Why are your srandards so low now? How do your cystomers not matter??? If I was driving, i would take it back.

I walked up to the counter and was told they would be right with me. They then proceeded to take multiple drive thru orders while I was standing at the counter being ignored. I walked out. If you're only waiting on drive thru just close the lobby.

If you have a large order to deliver, tell your next customer before he puts his order. Not after. People come for a quick coffee in the morning. I visited you two times, both times waiting was more than 15 min.

I visited this Starbucks location on February 19th and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. An employee treated me rudely and informed me that I had only given them two minutes to prepare my order, despite the app showing that I had placed it five minutes prior. I understand that busy moments happen, but a simple, polite response like “it will be just a moment” would have been more appropriate. Instead, I was asked to leave my spot in the drive-thru, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
While I appreciate the hard work of the staff, this interaction seemed like the employee was taking out their frustrations on me, which was unexpected and uncalled for. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little kindness goes a long way, as you never know what someone might be going through.

I just paid $13 for coffee. Stop being stingy with the paper sleeves. I shouldn't have to ask for one and when I do, the Barista shouldn't roll her eyes at me. The cups are hot and burn my hands. That was also the single worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Do better!

I love going here. They are quick and friendly. I'm more of a beverage person but they do have some yummy breakfast sandwiches. I love the pesto one.
