My experience with the security was really bad, and they showed complete disrespect to the drivers.

Imagine getting hurt at work and being denied Workmans comp. Imagine being told after they send you to ER to go to your own doctor to get restrictions. Then still being forced to work on same job and not being able to keep up. Now picture being harassed and intimidated on same job by management. Now let's say you are forced to go on leave for a month to try and heal. Now say you report what's going on to corporate and telling them a part of management got in your face and threaten you. Then when you go back to work and have more restrictions because they hurt you even more. Just to find out they got the report that I sent to corporate and they fire you. Excuse they say i basically got hurt at work and can't keep up so we are terminating you. They not only wrecked havoc on my life, they have also punished my family. I am an O/Op runing this route (Cleveland -Flint for so many years, and since Tom retired, Jasmine Baker Material GL (Dock F) kept doing the extra mile in GM Mission checking on the docks and drivers and helping with paper work after we used to wait few hours which kills our hours of service which will affect next day runs and for our paperwork to be signed and printed out soonest.
Thank you for being a dependable and trustworthy team member. Your dedication to your role and the company’s mission is an inspiration to us all as drivers Your consistent commitment to our goals has not only contributed to our success but has also set a high standard for others to follow. all not forgetting the Rick the dock flame run in f on hi-low and prints out our paper work every day he’s on the dock.

GM should hire more Jasmins Baker and more Ricks 🙏👏🏻🫡 I’m so sorry if I have more than 5 starts I would give to you thank you top Management for such examples in Dock F.

You have to bring a vest and glasses so they can discharge you and be inside otherwise you are worth vrg
