Probably the rudest store owner I ever encountered. I called to cancel an order due to the app populating me in the wrong location. The owner said that’s my fault and I should know my location better. He enjoyed fighting on the phone but had zero intention to resolve the issues because my $10 is very valuable to him. (His words not mine) He does not deserve customer or business due to the way he talks to people. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend to anyone By the way the owner deletes negative google reviews

Our experience at this subway was terrible. The woman working behind the counter never greeted us when she walked up from the back. She never smiled, just asked what kind of subs we wanted. After that she continued to have conversations with the other employees while making our sandwiches. She dropped her hat on our bread and continued to try and give us the bread that it fell on. We repeatedly said thank you despite the terrible service and nothing was ever said in response. On top of the bad service, the counters around the credit card swiper were very dirty and they gave us expired chips. If I could rate a zero, i would.

One of the male workers here is very rude and acted like it was such a big deal to check the price of a certain sub. Just very unfriendly I guess subway doesn't teach customer friendliness as important. I won't go here anytime soon and I work at Genesee Valley. Also subway in general is very pricey for what you get.
