Really sucks when you order off the app and it goes to the wrong Subway even though you clicked on the one you needed and when you contact that subway for a refund since this one was an hour away from me all they can tell me is they don’t know how to do refunds. The manager promised to call me back after 5 minutes and never did so when I called the store they just let the phone continuously ring! This is truly the WORST experience I’ve ever had! Not only did they steal my money but then I had to pay again for the correct subway to get my order!

This is the WORST place you will ever go to. The employees are sooo rude and the place is nasty to walk in to, every time I come in there’s people yelling in the back and saying disgusting things to each other and sometimes the customers ! I don’t know what type of business allows this behavior but it’s terrible! I ordered via drive through and the lady taking my order was just yelling at me. the food is disgusting and they always sell old slimey vegetables, and don’t even get me started on the bread! It’s impossible to bite into without hurting your teeth, they don’t care about the customers and it shows !! do better.

I will never go to Subway again ! Went inside to order, waited for 5 minutes to be waited on Only customer there??? The employee tried to put visibly rotten tomatoes on our sandwich. The girl gave me my total, I handed her a 20 dollar bill for a 7.41 purchase. She said I don't have change, what kind of business doesn't have change.??? She said the safe was locked and she didn't know how to open it. I asked if she could call a manager to open it to make change, she said I can't do that. She asked if I could use my credit card, which I didn't have on me. So I asked her what we could do so I could get the sandwich she had already made and took my coupon for. She just stared at me, so very frustrated I said for my hassle you should just satisfy the customer and let me have the sandwich, she says I can't give you free food, to which I was offended as she had my cash I gave her in her hand, Unbelievable and totally unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order through the drive thru, a subway club on italian herb and cheese bread, added pickles and mustard. A subway club comes with turkey, roast beef, 2x american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. How did I end up with only mustard and pickles and there’s bacon instead of roast beef on it? I didn’t ask for bacon, bacon doesn’t come with it. The second was a philly, the lady asked ā€œwhat kind of peppersā€, we were confused because it comes with regular peppers and onions, and she said ā€œwell i put banana peppers alreadyā€, I’m not sure if they don’t know their own menu or what’s happening in there but was not a pleasant visit.

I have not been here for sometime now. I was pleasantly surprised about the BMT salad I received. It was very good and the associate made the salad very appealing. I will come back more often now.

They were out of everything we ordered them they forgot to give us what we did order .. Seems like a subway went through there and robbed them of everything worth eating subs were Tommy like almost no filling my family member ordered everything in his sub and his had only peppers, guess nothing was growing in the subway garden never again..

Should be ZERO!! If you want a footlong with 1 inch of meat missing from both sides plus burnt bread this is the place for you. Other wise go to another sandwich spot. They turn foot long to 8-10 inch and will proudly tell you that you made the sandwich correct. Must be taking the meat home after work to eat it yourself smh
