At 12:30 on a Friday you would think that you would have more than two little girls in there trying to work the drive-thru and the counter. I waited 20 minutes and they still were not done with a drive-thru order because the young lady that was working was not intelligent enough to get the order right the first three times the driver repeated it.I'm a customer listening to what the drive-thru is saying and still could have gotten that order right. I finally got frustrated and left big John's way faster probably not as healthy but way faster. This location either needs to get better employees or bump up the staffing one or the other who only has 2 ppl working lunch

The couple of times that I've been in here I notice that the sandwich makers are very skimpy with the meat when I've ordered the deluxe subs. So beware people when you order deluxe or double meat subs, because they will try and cheat you out of your portions! I'll just go to the Subway's on Bristol Rd. and on Hill Rd. I definitely get my money's worth from those two places!!

I first stopped at the drive through. She said she'd be right with me. She never came back, so I went inside. There was 1 person in there who was already seated with their lunch, and she had no customers. Another classic "I don't see you because I'm not looking" kind of service. Her big bush of hair all sticking our from under a hat and although she was wearing gloves, she wiped her nose on the full length of her arm, and I left. Not hungry now.

After opting to walk up to your establishment with a 6 and 7 year old and get dinner for the family, I was extremely dissapointed finding out that I could not call my wife and ask what kind of subs they wanted and I really didn't appreciate being scolded by 2 female employees let alone in front of my 6 year old daughter, I understand that it is rude to talk to your boy about the Lakers while trying to order , but you won't allow me to call my wife and say what kind of meat she wanted? I was the only customer in the store so I know I wasn't holding anybody up, and it's not rude, you 2 females yelling at me I'm front of my kids, that's rude but for sure! It's not hard to see my complaint if you think about it, you say what can I get you, and I say what am I ordering to my wife, she used to work there she knows the menu, and I tell you what she says, what is so hard about it? It would have made you another 40$ bucks, instead I ordered Domino's! Thanks to the guy that helped me, but the 2 girls shouldn't even have jobs if that's the customer service they use! I think one was a manger and she ought to know not to talk to customers like they are her kids!

It was a young girl doin it all on her own drive thru and taking order up front she was fast but I love subway it's all fresh
