This is a classic 1920s-era municipal course. A beautiful design, but also an efficient one: the wide fairways and lack of bunkers must really help with maintenance. And the course is very well maintained, the greens are in great shape (no days-old ball marks) and the fairways are good. It is long for a municipal course. And very nice people!
We held our golf outing here on Saturday. Very nice staff, they were very helpful. The greens were fast and the course was a little rough. We had a great time. The staff in the restaurant is exceptional!
From the course being challenging and friendly to the awesome bar I gotta say I was surprised when I pulled up to this golf course and I will have to say I’m gonna be back soon cause what a great experience!
