Honestly I am tired of giving this Taco Bell even remotely a chance anymore. Just order through mobile app and once I got home and looked at my food I found out why I should never go here. There was no meat in any of my food. The food was an absolute mess. It's a little ridiculous that even the workers at a fast food place that has a step by step process on how to make the food can't even get it right. Just shut this place down or have some standards.

Hello, I came from the Facebook post. These people who manage this place happen to be terrible.. making people come in when they have Covid is crazy because what you have kids to pick up? Well guess what it’s more of a danger for people to come in with Covid and spread that.. they have 0 care for their staff.. what about the drug stuff left in the men’s restroom? This is supposed to be an area where people eat! Absolutely disgusting. What about the moldy cheese and threatening writes up to the people who want to clean the nacho cheese machines? You need treat people better if you expect anyone to want to work here.. I wouldn’t be surprised for the low staff given how you guys have been exposed for the toxicity.

Inside of store is disguising. Managers are rude and forge signatures & take time off your already worked times because it was slow. Nacho cheese pumps have mold growing inside them and won’t let employees take apart to wash.

There's no cashier's at this location unless you use the drive thru. You walk in and use a glass screen menu board. It sure ask you a lot of questions like phone number and email. I did it but I noticed it frustrated your other customers. I ate inside and it was cold in the dining room. Other then those issues my food was good and your location was very busy. That's a positive.

Employees were so rude. My daughter ordered on the app. I went to the drive thru but the computer tried taking to me. I don't hear well, and through the rain I couldn't tell what it was saying. I pulled up (as the sign says to do if you have hearing disabilities) and they refused to help me at the window. They said I had to go around and place the offer at the computer, or come inside, dispite the fact they absolutely do have the ability to take the order for me (again, as their own sign tells me so.) If this policy is not bad enough, their attitudes were even worse. I'm sorry you hate your job and your customers, but you can say least fake it while we are right in front of you. (They complained about be as I stand here writing this at the counter.)

I've never visited this Taco Bell before but found it tucked away on Fenton road and I must say I am very happy with the service that I was provided. I am not a fan of the AI order taking system that many taco bells have implemented and this is one of the reasons why. The AI order taking system did not understand my change to a soft shell taco with my meal but the girls inside corrected my order before I left the speaker, confirmed the corrections and rest of my order and had my order out speedy quick at the window. Very much appreciate the service they provided and taking an extra step to ensure the order was placed properly.

They messed up my order and gave me the wrong order. Called them and asked if my order could be remade and fresh and the person I talked to over the phone said it would be fresh.When I went back up there to pick it up it was kinda cold and the fries were not fresh and neither was my cantina chicken bowl.

So the new AI computer bullshit clearly doesn't work. Went to this location tonight and the AI added stuff to my order that I did NOT order and the stuff I DID order was not in my bag and when I called to let the manager know what happen she was of no help and a complete jerk! They Need new management, someone who isn't just there for a crappy paycheck but someone who actually cares about the job they are doing! Never going back to this location!!

The service wasn’t bad line wasn’t horrible but it’s the 3rd to 4th time in a row, I’ll order 2 5-layer burritos with no beans. Even hearing me clearly I pull through pay for my food get back to my job and once again there is beans when I specifically asked for no beans. I am not longer going to Taco Bell for lunch I’m over people not caring about the way they handle customers and prep food.
