Whoever was working the drive-thru tonight was completely unprofessional. Their attitude was nasty, communication was poor, and they were extremely rude. The customer service standards here have really gone downhill…please do better when hiring for customer-facing positions.
I said “thank you” multiple times during my visit and didn’t receive a single response…not once, but three separate times. I understand it can get busy, but that’s no excuse for disrespect. On top of that, I was told to “park out front” when there were already 5–6 cars waiting there. When I asked for clarification on where to go, I was met with even more attitude. Completely unacceptable behavior.

The girl at the window didn’t like when I got an attitude back to her after she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I came back through the drive thru after they got my order wrong. Then they said they weren’t going to ring me up for saying that she needs to check her attitude. Trash employees.

Went there this morning for a big order. The person taking the order and payment was great but not so much the food. My son's cheese roll up had hardly any cheese on it and was completely flat. The chicken cantina burrito was lacking some of the other ingredients that were meant to be inside and was sloppy. The steak burrito was completely flat and had only like four pieces of steak in it. It mainly was a combination of rice and shredded cheese but was not very much of it. The black bean burrito was complete flat as well. I only had one car eventually approach behind me so there was no rush of throwing everything barely together to get it out the window. I would have rather of been pulled up and received well put together food that's worth the money. Todays food wasn't even worth half of what I spent there.

Come here a lot and the same rude window lady makes it a bad experience every single time always has something smart to say this time don’t want to break a 100 for a 83$ order definitely will not be coming back especially since half of my order has a wrong half the time do better

I got what I ordered, and it was quick enough. However, out of the last three times I’ve eaten there twice they hadn’t changed their fryer oil often enough for the Mexican pizzas not to taste awful. The one I received this evening was so bad it wasn’t edible at all.
Found a piece of wood in my burrito 🤮 no way yall didn’t see this rolling it.

Honestly I am tired of giving this Taco Bell even remotely a chance anymore. Just order through mobile app and once I got home and looked at my food I found out why I should never go here. There was no meat in any of my food. The food was an absolute mess. It's a little ridiculous that even the workers at a fast food place that has a step by step process on how to make the food can't even get it right. Just shut this place down or have some standards.
